Iconic public interest attorney Larry E. Klayman is jumping into the long simmering Obama eligibility battle and will represent clients in Florida and other states to challenge Obama’s inclusion on the ballot.
Klayman, the Founder of Judicial Watch judicialwatch.org and Freedom Watch freedomwatchusa.org (he is taking cases privately), is the only one to ever successfully sue a sitting President (Clinton). He worked on the Gore v Bush 2000 Florida election lawsuit and knows his way around relevant Florida laws and jurisdictions.
He also represents Jerome Corsi, of “Swiftboat Veterans Against John Kerry” fame, in an action against Esquire Magazine for its alleged attempt to sabotage sales of Corsi’s “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” book, released in 2011.
Klayman, who took the case in his private capacity, started by representing current plaintiff Mike Voeltz, amending and pursuing his existing complaint. “Mr. Voeltz exhaustively researched FL statutes and assembled a good complaint. We fine-tuned some of the arguments, developed legal strategies and also introduced more aspects of Obama document/identity fraud into the case. Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s report and previous investigators will help significantly. Settled natural born Citizenship law was already incorporated.”
Asked whether he has the goods on Obama, Klayman exclaimed, “Of course! Others have already gathered what we need, with more in the pipeline. The task at hand is to compel court proof, official acknowledgment and removal from the ballot, as well as present the damning facts about Obama to the court of public opinion.” Asked what he’ll do to help succeed, he stated: “accurate reading of applicable law, attention to rules of evidence, researching case law, venue selection and use of ‘political theater’ out of court.” Case: Voeltz v. Obama, et. al. (Case No.: 2012CA00467) and is filed in Leon County Superior Court.

One has to wonder whether Obama has gone over his options should he not get away with it. He MUST have thought about it sometime before the Immaculation. Mmm...maybe not.

As a Florida resident I am happy to see this effort underway and to donate to it. Corsi could have hired anyone to sue Esquire, but he chose Klaymen and I trust Corsi. I note that Klayman's Wiki page is full of ad hominen attacks of the sort we have seen used against all people who dare to become activists. Most recently he was charged with "criminal non-payment of child support." Now I am _really_ behind Klayman as my 2nd ex-wife hit me up with that. (Defending myself pro se against this trumped up criminal charge, I got her attorney sanctioned for filing a frivolous lawsuit against me.)
All it takes is one competent attorney (flawed though he/she may be) who can put the burden of proof on Barry and the DNC to prove his eligibility and then run the case up to SCOTUS for a final definition of NBC.
You may not take Klayman seriously, but if he files good papers in court, Barry and the DNC must respond and must continue to make indefensible arguments (indefensible in a trial on the merits with discovery) supporting his natural born citizen status and the authenticity of his HI LFBC. Klayman is not Taitz, IMO.
Larry Klayman getting involved is not good news! Everything he gets involved in turns out to be a money maker for Klayman and a black hole for the legal side.

This looks like a competent filing to me and I've written a few successful ones. Barry can't afford to lose Florida and must fight this out to the bitter end. If Klayman gets a toe-hold in the lower courts and if the timing is right to elevate the issue, then other attorneys can join the lawsuit, if necessary.
There was a time when he was supported by Michael Savage and something went bad there too. He really alienated Savage.
