Ms. Taitz:
As we previously stated, you have made multiple defamatory statements about Larry Klayman and some supporters, including us, causing severe harm. We supported you for years, because you were about the only game in town, after Apuzzo and Donofrio concluded that the federal courts would not hear any argument, no matter how logical, how grounded in fact and law.
Now, there are many ballot challenges granted instant standing and new attorneys are joining the fight. Obama State Ballot Challenge has helped to focus attention on the challenges and facilitate activity. We do not appreciate your non-productive infighting with other patriots in the movement. In fact, you are actively and maliciously attempting to hurt our efforts, in a manner nearly indistinguishable from that of the Obama forces. We know that they are enjoying sitting back and watching you do their work for them.
We had stayed quiet and counseled others not to get involved in the fray with you. George tried speaking to you twice earlier and again on 2/23/12, but, you would not even allow him to complete a sentence without interrupting. But, you have crossed into libelous action, so it has come to this and now we must reluctantly speak out. Its bad enough that you routinely attack movement patriots, but now you are damaging the efforts of one of the finest attorneys in the nation. And that is unacceptable. Unlike others you have bulldozed, we will not be so passive, especially since you have ignored letters from our attorney.

You mean the enemy couldn't have wished for a better opponent? (And therefore perhaps she is an agent provocateur operating under a false flag?)
It is a thought that has crossed my mind from time to time, but the only way I could conceive of it would be for her to be on the payroll somehow. I cannot believe that someone would put so much effort into something without getting paid for it unless it was very much a true felt work. On the other hand, people can become enamored of all the fame and publicity, and she may be getting some sizable contributions.
At this point though, I have to regard her as a less than stellar ally rather than a clever and effective enemy, but i'm willing to look at evidence to the contrary.
Needless to say, it is something of which I think from time to time.
Put it on the table so it cannot be ignored, and then people will have to address it or be too conspicuous in their stepping around it. Unfortunately, all the means of addressing the public are firmly in the hands of our enemies.
I think all that Joe will have is “This needs more investigation, unfortunately I do not have the jurisdiction to pursue this any further.....” as he puts forth what we already know that MSM keeps ignoring anyway.
The one public figure many of us trust, at least on the face of it, is Sheriff Joe. Anyone in the national effort that reaches out and genuinely supports Joe's effort would more likely be in the first of the two groups above.
Can we clear up what appears to be a contradiction?
Flotsam_Jetsome:
She even tried to pry her way into the work of Sheriff Joe's posse.
GregNH:
she was the one who got sheriff Joe onto this in the first place.

Looks like I am off a little. I was remembering a Tea Party meeting with Joe where Orly presented her pages and pages of evidence, but this meeting was subsequent to the "original" Tea Party meeting where Corsi was involved where Joe was first asked to investigate. It was announced on Aug 18 and then a few weeks later Orly attended a meeting in Sept.
IMHO he will probably not take that course, because he does in fact have some jurisdiction over processes at the state level.
There is, of course, the fact he may now have a larger view of the matter and is willing to carefully coordinate with others in order to obtain a favorable outcome. (Given that this is a national matter with substantial implications.)
If he does not produce credible evidence at his next PR, it seems to me more likely that he will back out with something like:
“Our inquiry revealed there were significant omissions and redactions in the records that were available to us, some of which goes beyond negligence and suggests fraudulent behavior."
Thanks for your work on this issue, Greg.
That is exactly what I am expecting, and exactly what I am afraid he will do. Last one out, turn off the light.
I think when it comes to being persuasive, Orly is in the "no-talent" category. I think it is unfortunate that our legal system operates in such a way that an Attorney's court presence has an impact on the case, but our Judicial system has become as much of an emotion driven spectacle, as it is anything based on law.
I think most decisions regarding the "natural born citizen" issue are the result of knee-jerk emotionalism on the part of Judges and others.
See #29. You know me, I speak my mind.
Or could you? Order one, that is.
Such a thing can indeed happen.
Your three conclusions are about the same as mine. Future actions will solidify my personal determination.
It seems to me that you would be better served hearing what is said first and then saying "that's the same thing Corsi has been saying all along".
After years of reading your replies I'm very surprised at your words now.
Do you have a personal gripe with Klayman and it's manifesting itself now?
Never mind. I think I’ll read down all the way before replying again.
I raised a boy with ADD and few other acronyms and my wonderful wife also has ADD. What I have found to be true in both of the above people, and others who I have come in contact with in my life, is that ADD is not a disorder, but rather an incredibly busy mind. I have sat and watched my son for years and now my wife. What they both have in common is an ability to take in everything that is happening around them even when they appear to be focused on something else.
My sons mother and I divorced in part over this issue. All she wanted to do was keep the kid on drugs with the help and encouragement of the school system. All I wanted to do was get him off drugs and help him understand what was going on and to teach him how to deal with his “condition”. And as an aside, I always found it interesting that the drugs of choice were “stimulants”. Why would you want to stimulate disorder?
Slowly I gained control and when he finally moved in with me and I was able to wean him of his drugs he started to realize what was going on. “I have a hundred thoughts going through my head at once!” he said to me one day. That is at the heart of ADD. Multiple thoughts. The can’t calm their thoughts. But they can pay attention to anything they want and in most cases multiple things at once. We call it that a “deficit”.
In my research I discovered many talented and brilliant people through out history who “experts” now claim had ADD...
I digress, I do get the “meds” comment...
Very good example. Yes, exactly.
