Lakin brought his troubles on himself. The time-honored practice for officers who disagree with their superiors is to resign. Lakin should have resigned rather than disobey an order. Now he has a dishonorable discharge on his record, which is almost as opprobrious as a conviction for first-degree murder of forcible rape.
That is why we MUST vote against obama this Nov!
No matter who is the nominee, the not-obama will be much better than obama -
1. no more czar!
2. less suppport for the union thugs and radical agencies (EPA...)
3. cut spending much more than obozo - i.e less deficit/debt
4. lower tax - higher employment
5. more business friendly
6. less likely to appoint liberal radical judges
7. stronger defense (except Paul)
8. more religious freedom

Dr. Lakin tried every avenue up the chain of command to determine if “obama” is a legal Commander-in-Chief. He was never given an answer. He deliberately invited his own court martial incorrectly thinking he might get discovery.
Is there ever a point at which soldiers should finally stop obeying unlawful orders, if they are unlawfully given by a fraud in command? Does our military just roll over to this criminal communist in the White House, and for how long?
If more military members in Nazi Germany had resisted Hitler’s evil orders, maybe millions of people would not have been murdered.

If so, are you saying that the troops that chose to obey their orders are nazi’s deserving of a trial like nuremburg??? or are the troops that deployed ignoring the constitution. You know who else's milleage may vary? Major Craig Dobson, the flight surgeon who had to fill in at the last minute as Lakin's replacement in Afghanistan and who recounted how two days after arriving in theatre, the unit suffered a mass-casualty attack, with sixteen wounded. He said that he was not, in his opinion, as well-prepared to deal with the attack as he would have been had he had longer to prepare for operations at the FOB. Lakin's defense had the audacity to suggest on cross examination that the deployment was probably a good career opportunity for Major Dobson.
Lakin deserved what he received --an outcome that was wholly predictable from the moment he made his intentions known.
Could it be that perks and pensions are more important to them than defending the Constitution and their military code of honor? Are they ignoring identity theft,forgery, failure to e-verify, multiple social security numbers, election and campaign fraud in exchange for perks?
Is this how they watch the backs of the **BRAVE** and **HONORABLE** troops serving under them? ( Just wondering.)
What are they teaching today in our military academies about identity theft, usurping the position of Commander in Chief, lying, forgery, and fraud?
These are honest questions, and deserve more than insults.
