It sounds like Dr Lakin has grounds to seek asylum abroad due to political persecution in the US

Perhaps he can find a way to continue his healing work as a missionary or clinic administrator

There are other nations where the needs are compelling
Perhaps Franklin Graham can find him a position

Questions for the KSBHA: Would they accept someone like Obama for medical licensing if he refused to prove the required documentary evidence?? Would they accept a photoshopped jpg or a layered PDF in lieu of required documentation??

I would if I were president. I would do it the first week, if not the firs day. If the president alone can not do a thorough enough job of clearing his record, then as president, I would lobby congress to pass a Larkin Bill to reinstate his retirement and record.
