"To Americans he is a Constitution loving Soldier "
It is painfully obvious to me that you have not served in the military, because if you had you would know that a soldier goes where he is told to go, when he is told to go there.... if you have a problem with that, there is a chain of command... If you refuse to go when ordered, you are guilty of missing movement ( a polite term for awol, or desertion ) during WW1 many soldiers were SHOT for this offense... during WW2 one soldier was shot for this offense.... reduction in rank and dishonorable discharge, he got off easy... As for useful idiot, anyone who idolizes a deserter is the one that is the useful idiot. If you all need a hero to worship, there are plenty of real ones. Because of his selfishness, another had to be deployed in his place, that did not train with this unit, or had the time to say a proper good by to his family. This guy was and is a disgrace to the uniform he once wore.

Dr. Lakin tried every avenue up the chain of command to determine if “obama” is a legal Commander-in-Chief. He was never given an answer. He deliberately invited his own court martial incorrectly thinking he might get discovery.

Is there ever a point at which soldiers should finally stop obeying unlawful orders, if they are unlawfully given by a fraud in command? Does our military just roll over to this criminal communist in the White House, and for how long?

If more military members in Nazi Germany had resisted Hitler’s evil orders, maybe millions of people would not have been murdered.

....so besides being the goalong/getalong useful idiot, your crystal ball also failed to tell you my years with MI during the Vietnam era say the light you are looking at is indeed a train about to run over you. Just following illegal orders didn’t work at Nurenberg and isn’t an excuse today. Larkin challenged the perfumed princes of the Pentagon and they ignored law and process to railroad him... and you’re proud they trashed the Constitution... wow let’s celebrate conservatism!!! pppffffttttt

ymmv

Personally, I am very disgusted with a **small** handful of people, our highest military leaders. Is this how they look out for the brave, honorable, and highly trained troops serving under them? Our brave and honorable troops ( and their families) deserve better. When did forgery, identity theft, lying, election fraud, and usurpation of the office of Commander in Chief become part of the military code of honor? How did ignoring this become part of defending the Constitution? Is this what they teach now at the military academies?

In your mind when should an officer refuse an order?

When should an officers say no to a person who fails e-verify, uses a fraudulent social security number, has a history of numerous social security numbers, posted blatantly forged birth documents, and refuses to document his identity with certifiable evidence?

WXRGina has a point when she says, “If more military members in Nazi Germany had resisted Hitler’s evil orders, maybe millions of people would not have been murdered.”

Really?

You're really advocating that the 'Nuremberg Defense' is acceptable?
