Immediately after hearing that Georgia Judge Michael Malihi ruled against the Plaintiffs in the case regarding Obama’s eligibility to be on the 2012 presidential ballot, and hearing that Malihi was a Muslim Iranian, I decided to find out all I could about him. Is his ancestry really Iranian? Is his faith really Muslim? And did either of these things, if true, play a role in his decision to side with Obama in the Georgia eligibility hearing?
I set out to find all the details I could. What I found was precious little.
Judge Michael MalihiJudge Malihi is the Deputy Chief Judge for the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings. He was appointed Judge in 1995. If you go to the official website for his office, what you don’t find may be more interesting than what you do find. On the OSAH website there is a page which lists bios for all the judges, including Malihi. I clicked on Malihi and all that was listed for him was this:
That’s it! If you click on the links for all the other judges listed, you will find a brief bio telling of where the particular judge was born, where they went to school, etc. But for Malihi? Nada! Zip! Niente! Bupkis! Nothing!
I decided to look at other websites for other state or federal judges to see if its common practice to have absolutely no information listed in their bios.
The Federal Judiciary Center has a massive list.
The directory includes the biographies of presidentially-appointed judges who have served since 1789 on the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals, the Supreme Court of the United States, the former U.S. Circuit Courts, and the federal judiciary’s courts of special jurisdiction.
I examined a sampling of about 50 judges listed on this site and they all had bios which contained at least when and where they were born, when they died if applicable, where they went to school, where they practiced – their career path.
At the official Supreme Court site, bios of all judges were listed.
I looked up judges in various states, in a variety of different roles and guess what? Out of the approximately 15 different sites I visited for different states, bios were present for all judges! I looked up Circuit Court judges, Appellate judges, Superior Court judges, and more. They ALL had bios listed.
Nothing on Judge Michael Malihi.
Isn’t that interesting? So I ran searches on several search engines on his name. Was I able to find out much more?
On Google, all I found was essentially what has already been posted on this blog, and others regarding his recent ruling in favor of Obama and his eligibility to be on the 2012 Presidential ballot in GA.
Seems Barry’s “no-show” attorney may be a presidential elector in Georgia-—convenient, huh?

I found it amazing that Judge Malihi stood up and conducted a trial that entered into our legal court system records all of the evidence that until now a couple of dozen other judges have refused to even discuss?
What would your reaction be if someone threatened one of your family members with physical harm if you continue to do something? I’ll bet that you would instantly cease that practice. I believe that someone threatened Judge Malihi’s family with death or physical harm. That would explain his contorted judicial decision. Not being an attorney, I am hoping that the appeals court will correct this error.
We do not have a system that will protect anyone in America until it is too late. When the death or injury has already occurred, only then will our law enforcement step up to determine if they qualify to investigate the situation. A protection order is about as protective as a wet tissue.
Where was the show of support for his actions? Where were the vocal American patriots who have been screaming and criticizing everyone for not properly vetting Obama? I was expecting a roar similar to the opening of the Super Bowl when it was announced that Judge Malihi was going to allow a trial. Those hopes were quickly vanquished when I realized that the vocal keyboard patriots were content to sit quietly in their chairs and hide behind their flat screens. They were expecting this one man to stand up and take the first punch for America’s sovereignty!
I don’t care what country our acting president was born in. It is his father’s citizenship that irks me. Barack wrote that he was a British subject. If so, the man at 1600 is ineligible to hold that Office. He does not qualify as a natural born citizen. He needs to be removed. If the only option available to us is to prevent him from running for re-election then let’s join together and do it! We must form into solidly determined groups and demand our local legislators and bureaucrats join us in this fight.

If I were a judge that swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States and I or my family had been threatened, I would call the media, make an announcement to that effect and then resign, because I could no longer be viewed as a servant to the American people.
To quote a Freeper who made a great post the other day:
“If this judge is concerned about retaliation from making an honorable ruling maybe he should spend some time at Arlington Cemetery while he rethinks his decision.”
So a stealth judge rules in a stealth president’s favor! WOW! Who’d have thought so?

There has been a lot of information about media people and entities being threatened, and of course many of us suspect that many others were threatened.
If someone had honor and was threatened, they would do exactly as you described. And if there were many of them making the threats known, publicly and all at once, this would protect them.

Interesting question, to say the least.
I have been trying to figure out ever since he came on the scene whether Obama favors the Shiites or the Sunnis, or for that matter, which kind of Muslim he is. Apparently the versions of Islam he would have been exposed to in Kenya and in Indonesia are not exactly straight Sunni or Shiite. But as near as I can tell, he seems to favor Iran and the Shiites, perhaps because he suffers from the delusion that he is the Mahdi, i.e., the Muslim messiah. He bowed to the Saudi King, who is the Keeper of the Sacred Places, but I get the impression that he seems to lean more toward the Iranians.
I’d love to take credit for this, but it actually came from another Freeper and I can’t remember who— it was a great idea—wouldn’t this take the sting out of ALL threats coming from this administration?
I find it hard to believe the MSM wouldn’t cover such an announcement, especially if they came in the hundreds, which I’m convinced they would-—everyone but the dog catcher in Zebulon has been threatened by this administration, (and I’m not sure the dog catcher hasn’t been threatened!)

Before you cast stones at your fellow patriots, may I ask if you yourself were there guarding the good judge's safety? I don't mean to sound snarly about it, but try to understand that the very idea that these judges' lives may be being threatened, has probably not quite sunk in to the general consciousness at this point.
We The People are in somewhat of a cold war with our corrupt government at this time. Conditions haven't quite reached the stage where militias are openly operating in public to protect the citizenry from the gestapo.
For now (at least) we work within the system to effect the change we need and want. I think it's fair to say that all patriots are giving it one last chance to work. If it doesn't, well....
