The live internet video stream suddenly went black when she said, “He’s using a . . . “ While I was able to glean some startling testimony, other witness responses to Attorney Orly Taitz’s questioning seemed garbled and had certain interruptions at key moments of the proceedings.

Attorney Taitz’s first witness keyed in on the non-natural born citizen status of Barack Obama senior, a fact clearly stated by his son’s own words admitting his father was born in Kenya, …….Great Britain at the time of our sitting President’s birth…. witness stated under oath that “1-the serial number is out of sequence 2-the (Nordyke) twins born after (Obama). . .their serial numbers are lower.

I was thinking that its more likely Zero called the Bushes in to help him figure out how to get Ray LaHood’s kid out of Eqypt in one piece. Supposedly Barry, Leon, and Hillary have all personally called the Eqyptian officials and been unsuccessful. Does not sound promising.

HaH! A default judgment is just that, a slam dunk. The Appeal would be even more damaging to Odumbo since no one appeared to argue anything on the record. The only thing Odumbo can do is to not appear and hope that since there is no precedent, figgering it all out would take him past Nov. 2012, which would still be problematic. This should get real interesting.

I’m getting tired of making harmless comments on this forum. So many members of the clueless ,shoeless, IQ challenged, LAZY peanut gallery with limited understanding comment back, for the purpose of lecturing, your one of them.
Nixon/Ford is not a lesson on pardons its just an example of a presidential pardon. If you are thinking I’m being harsh or ignorant look it up and stop lecturing people off the top of your head before doing any homework or actually having anything other than topical knowledge on a topic.

There is no default judgment. The judge offered one but the plaintiffs rejected it so they could present their evidence. This issue will be decided on the evidence.
But agreed to a shortened presentation of materials from the 3 and he would receive all the written documentation INTO THE RECORD.
He has subsequently brought forward his decision and final date for submission of additional materials to Wednesday February 1st.
Someone posted that the decision in Georgia affects all other states....since the President is President of ALL 50 states and Georgia has not succeeded from the Union.
