The video of U.S. Marines urinating on dead Taliban soldiers that surfaced last week has sparked its share of outrage. However, it is the Obama administration’s reaction that has Texas Gov. Rick Perry concerned.
In an appearance on Sunday’s broadcast of CNN’s “State of the Union,” the Texas governor called that video “a stupid mistake” and alluded to similar actions that occurred throughout history during times of war.
“Well, obviously, 18, 19-year-old kids make stupid mistakes all too often, and that’s what’s occurred here,” he said. “But when you’re in war — and history, kind of, backs up — there’s a picture of General [George] Patton doing basically the same thing in the Rhine River. And although there’s not a picture, [Winston] Churchill did the same thing on the Siegfried line.”
But Perry went hard after the Obama administration for its reaction to the video.

You and the rest of those in government at all levels have rolled out the red carpet for millions to enter illegally, while handing these SOB's coupons and benefits at the border....All during WAR time....All while posing for pics and giving speeches at racist, pro-illegal alien organizations...Meanwhile, the country is bankrupt, broke, with fatgov borrowing trillions from the Communist Chinese, while shipping hundreds of thousands of our jobs there....Millions are losing their homes, jobs, businesses, investments...Not enough?....Then fatgov bailouts out the corrupt banks, Wall Street and fatcorps with with trillions of our tax dollars, while government lines up to economically gang rape what's left of the American middle class.
Oh that's right, you're just an innocent, helpless bystander....Not an insider, but an outsider....

I saw this segment on CNN and wanted to stand up and cheer. Perry was right on the money--again!! This is the true conservative in the race.
