New E-mail Blows Hole In Obama’s “Fast And Furious” Story

Discovery of a January 2011 e-mail exchange between then Acting ATF Director Ken Melson and the Bureau’s chief council Steve Rubenstein has put the kibosh on Obama administration elites’ latest “we didn’t know about it” defense concerning the regime’s involvement in Operation Fast and Furious.

On December 22, 2010, a contributor identifying himself as “1desertrat” posted the following to the “CLEANUP ATF” website:

Well, Director Melson read this “CLEANUP ATF” post and didn’t appreciate the fact that ATF business had been so willfully shared with the general public. Especially, this business. So, he contacted ATF Chief Council Steve Rubenstein for advice. And the e-mail reply he received from Rubenstein is a beauty. Rubenstein wrote:

Rubentsein goes on to quote the ATF Code of Conduct for employees, making it clear to Melson that the individual responsible for the post could be dealt with rather severely if indeed an ATF agent.

And Melson’s response: “Thanks Steve. I’m going to forward this to IA.” That is, Internal Affairs, which had by this time earned the reputation of being little more than a tool for the intimidation of agents who did not adequately adhere to ATF policy, regardless of how corrupt or nefarious.[3]

The question is, where was Ken Melson’s outrage? Where are the endless questions about the “gunwalking” charge? Where is the anger about not having been informed of the operation? It has been Melson’s defense and testimony to congress for the past year that no one told him of Operation Fast and Furious. He didn’t know about guns being “walked” into Mexico. And of course it stands to reason that if he, the ATF Director didn’t know, no one above his pay grade could have known either, letting Eric Holder and Barack Obama off the hook.

But Melson doesn’t act like an innocent dupe who had been kept deliberately in the dark. He seems interested only in what steps can be taken to silence and punish “1desertrat” should his identity as an ATF employee become known.

But dupe or not, treated like an outsider by ATF old-timers or not, kept in the dark about gunwalking to Mexico or not, Ken Melson had been introduced to the Fast and Furious, gunwalking scheme no later than December 2010. His yearlong performance before congressional investigators as “innocent bystander” will no longer fly.

And neither will the fact that he supposedly kept the deliberate, highly illegal smuggling of guns into Mexico quietly to himself, sparing his superiors in the Department of Justice any of the gory details. As an attorney, Ken Melson knew the consequences, both of such a crime and its cover up. One can wager, if only to protect his own hide, he made sure his Department of Justice and executive branch bosses knew it as well.

I’ve been studying Hitler’s takeover of Germany. What he did was superficially legal. The Reichstag willingly ceded to Hitler the legal authority to even change the Constitution without any means of holding Hitler accountable to any standard. So Hitler had control of the military and SS to use force on whoever he wanted, and he had the legal means to do whatever he wanted.

The checks and balances to stop utter tyranny were the GErman Constitution and the Reichstag, and Hitler disabled both of those things in one fell swoop - by using SA intimidation, vain promises of religious favors, and claims of gridlock-induced economic ineffectiveness to get the political players of the Reichstag to abandon Germany to Hitler’s absolute power.

Bear with me; this ties into Fast & Furious because I believe that the same power moves are being made right now in the USA - not just by Obama but also by his handlers, who are the real powers behind the lawlessness we see going on. And I believe the only way we get out of this with the USA intact is by removing the power of Obama’s handlers. And right now the only people who can do that are the US Senators. We HAVE to make them aware that if they cede the US Constitution to Obama’s handlers we will see worse here than Germany ever saw. We HAVE to make them aware that this administration is deliberately committing acts of war against Mexico and the US. We HAVE to make that fact so widely-known that any Senator who refuses to convict Obama in an impeachment trial would readily be known as a traitor to the USA on the same level as the Reichstag members who voted to give Hitler absolute power.

I believe Obama’s handlers are a communist-Islamist alliance headed by George Soros. The destabilization phase of the communist operation was formulated by Cloward-Piven and implemented by the Chicago lawyer known as Barack Obama - arguing for 1) Motor Voter so elections could be manipulated and communist lawmakers hiding in democrat clothing could infiltrate the US government and wreak havoc, and 2) Community Reinvestment Act so that the economy could be destroyed through banks’ unsound lending practices that were FORCED ON THEM by the government.

That plan worked like a charm and now the US has 15 trillion dollars of debt. As the Bible says, the borrower is slave to the lender. The USA is economically standing on the edge of a cliff where only a small breeze can send us toppling to destruction. I believe George Soros and his communist and Islamist allies (whose common enemy is the US and capitalism) worked together to do the run on the bank in September of 2008, in order to do two things:

1) Get Obama elected to a position of power so that he could create unaccountable czars, thus bypassing Congress in the same way that the Enabling Act of 1933 allowed Hitler to bypass the Reichstag (and giving the REAL POWER to the hard-core communists who Obama would appoint and nobody could stop), and

2)Prove to the powers-that-be - most specifically the United States Supreme Court - that the communist-Islamist alliance has the power to destroy the United States of America as we know it, thus giving the alliance the power to threaten even America-loving players (such as President Bush, Dick Cheney, Chief Justice John Roberts, Judge David Carter, etc) with another run on the bank that would send America over the cliff if those players didn’t do as they were told.

For a while I wondered whether I was going loopy on my suspicions about the Soros alliance threatening these people with another run on the bank. Maybe just my imagination. But any doubts I had were erased when Chief Justice John Roberts said publicly that we can trust the SCOTUS justices to know when it is right to recuse themselves - even though he knew Kagan and Sotomayor refused to recuse themselves from a case where their very jobs were at issue. The only worse conflict of interest that I can even imagine is if Kagan and Sotomayor were accused of murder and refused to recuse themselves from being their own judge, deciding whether they were guilty of murder.

When Roberts made that public statement, I knew that he is compromised beyond any hope of giving any just judgments. A Chief Justice who would trust a judge deciding her own murder case is nowhere near credible; he is clearly badly compromised.

A group of retired military officers apparently had arrived at the same conclusion regarding the military justice system when they encouraged Lt Col Terry Lakin to give up on arguing Obama’s eligibility because if the military and/or judicial systems would have been forced to try the issue they would have ruled against the Constitution.

The question we’ve all wondered is why the system is so badly compromised. We’ve watched it happen over and over again on so many issues. We’ve seen the Obama administration push to have Obamacare decided quickly and immediately we wondered what was up with that. What’s up with that is they know they have Roberts by the balls. He will decide whatever they tell him to decide, so that the Soros communist-Islamist alliance doesn’t make another run on the bank. We’ve seen the same kind of bending-over being done by Republican leadership, allowing scorched-earth legislation (such as giving up to Russia our right to develop missile defense) even after the record landslide in 2010 when the dems were lame ducks. And we’ve seen the same bending-over being done by “conservative” pundits and by “conservative” media (Fox).

We are all feeling betrayed by these people because we’ve BEEN betrayed by them. But I don’t believe it is a willing betrayal. I believe they have been threatened, and those threats are powerful because the USA is so deeply in debt that any breeze can send us over the edge.

Right now Obama has complete power over the military, and he is doing his best to get rid of military strength, by killing off the America-loyal forces in Afghanistan, by reducing the number of troops we will have in the future (even as we’re having to stay away from Iran because we know our troops are too spread out), and by demoralizing the troops we will have by gagging Christianity in the military while allowing Nidal Hasans to infiltrate and allowing open homosexuality to be not only tolerated but protected, in a setting where men live in close quarters with other men and where trust (and absence of jealousy and love-triangles) is paramount. Obama doesn’t need a Night of the Long Knives to neuter the US military; it’s already being done through non-violent means.

The US Constitution gives the legislative and judicial branches the ability to act as checks and balances to the executive branch. The judiciary is already compromised, as I said. The Congress is largely bypassed because of the czars but even the power of the czars could be undone by the one check that remains: impeachment. If Obama was put out of office by being convicted in impeachment, Congress would have one way left to destroy the economic terrorism that holds the judiciary hostage: they could pass measures to freeze the ability of economic terrorists to create havoc, and they could pass (and get signed into law) a budget that would reduce the deficit and get investors back into the USA so our economy could recover and be on stable footing, AWAY FROM THE EDGE. In short, they could rebuild the foundations that Cloward-Piven has been systematically destroying for the past 40 years.

Obama is making blatant power grabs right now - saying he will do (what the Constitution gives Congress the power to do) WITH OR WITHOUT the Congress. State judges are trampling all over the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the US Constitution (see Hawaii’s refusal to honor GA Judge Malihi’s subpoena). And OWS claims to be the start of the communist revolution. I believe we will see a push beyond anything we’ve ever seen to keep the November elections from ever happening, just in case the dems won’t be able to steal the elections through dead voters and/or manipulation of the electronic voting systems. Obama has already said it doesn’t matter who runs against him. Remember back in 2008 when Obama said he would be president for the next 8-10 years? (I think I got that number right; I know it was more than 8 years though). We know that the union and dem thugs have been trying to get R’s/conservatives to do violence for some time, which would allow martial law. The destabilization phase of the communist takeover is nearing completion and soon it will move to the crisis phase. I believe they are aiming for that to take place shortly before the November elections so martial law can be declared, the elections suspended, and the full takeover implemented.

So what can we do before then, besides trying to ensure that the elections can’t be stolen and violence or other crisis doesn’t erupt (an impossible task, since Iran is more than willing to start the world on fire at any time, and Obama has the power to provoke them at any time)?

The Senate is controlled by dems right now. Like it or not, the future of this country depends on Senate dems - just like the future of Germany in 1933 depended on the socialists - since the communists had already been thrown in prison for having supposedly set the Reichstag building on fire 6 days earlier, and the “moderates” were willing to sell their souls for either religious favors or a break to the “gridlock” holding their economy hostage.

We HAVE to force Senate democrats to see that Obama and his handlers are enemies out to destroy this country, and that if they don’t stop him now they will be the accomplices to a coming slaughter that will rival the Holocaust. That’s a tall order and it’s not going to happen all at once, but if they are forced to see the acts of war that Hitler - er, Obama is committing against Chechoslovakia er, Mexico, and the public is reminded of EXACTLY how a good, decent, peace-loving German public allowed itself to be given over to a madman, we can at least get them thinking. Hopefully.

That’s my prayer, and that’s what I hope we can all be willing to push toward.

As I went up for communion this morning I really looked at the people around me and had a moment much like Frodo looking in the water mirror and seeing Sam hauled away in chains. The common enemy of the communists and Islamists is Judeo-Christianity and the freedom we espouse. Hitler targeted Jews, and once he had the whole system under his power that system went after those people with a vengeance. Obama is in the last part of getting that power, and the next step will be the annihilation of Jews and Christians. Walking up to the communion rail may be the first step on the way to the gas chambers right here in America.

Before you lightly dismiss as crazy what I’ve said, please consider this: In Germany I’m sure there were people who said it could never happen there. In the last few years we’ve seen people using the Hitler references vainly as if Naziism and the memory of Hitler is just a general “bad guy” deal - a not-nice name to call somebody sort of like “poopy head”, and not a whole history to be studied and learned from. The popular culture is refusing to let us really talk about who Hitler was and how he was able to accomplish what he did. And those who fail to learn from history are destined to repeat it. This country refuses to learn from the history of Germany. The anti-Semitism of OWS - and the same kind of terminology and sentiment coming directly from Ron Paul even - tell us that people don’t get it. They have not learned from Germany, and so it’s not a matter of IF we will repeat that history, but WHEN.

Furthermore, if you read to the end of the Book, in Revelation we’re given scenarios where the world economy falls and the 2 beasts working for the dragon control the world by controlling who can buy and sell. There is a time where nearly everybody wishes they were dead because of the spiritual oppression and death surrounding them. I can’t think of any more accurate description for world existence under the Islamic caliphate being championed by governments that until THIS SPRING were our allies against Islamic extremism.

I apologize for the length of this. These are things I’ve been researching and praying about for a long, long time, and I don’t offer these words lightly. I think we all know that something is brewing. I think we all feel like we’ve entered an alternate reality. We just can’t pinpoint exactly what is happening or why. There is very little of what we see in the world today that wouldn’t be explained by the theory I’ve just set forth. Please prayerfully consider it.
