What songs motivate you to move?

Bodhisattiva, Steely Dan!
also, Century’s End, which I always go crazy on the treadmill to...wait till the musical part.

Ideas for a good workout song: “Thriller” by Michael Jackson. I get my best exercise when I’m being chased by undead zombies. ;)
Sympathy For the Devil/Rolling Stones
Poker Face/Lady Gaga
Rolling In The Deep/Adele
Pfffft.
*Metallica*
If you’re going ~evil~, go with Danzig.

And if this one doesn’t increase your cardio rate, you’re already dead.

When I’m on the indoor bike, the neighbors wonder what is going on. The indoor bike is one of my road frames on a Tacx computer trainer.
Amon Amarth
Slayer
Opeth
Arch Enemy
Suffocation
Dying Fetus
Black Label Society
Dimmu Borgir
Manowar
Napalm Death
My racing style in criteriums and on the velodrome is almost mosh pit.
Ok, musically it’s so-so...but the lyrics are interesting.
((The Army March never did it for me- when I was in the Big Green Weenie, I used to sing "As the Corn Dogs go rolling along..." just to piss off my platoon sergeant.))
For biking, I love AC/DC, Joe Satriani, etc.
For weights, I listen to classic rock.
I haven't gotten any better-looking, but at least I was entertained!
LOL! I wasn’t sure how that one would be recieved.
I dunno about that; Gates of Delirium comes to mind....
Ahhh.... so much to process. I thought a few people might answer and all of a sudden I’m getting even more of a musical education and I’m pretty well-rounded!

Get thee to YouTube and look up music you may not even know exists. Nothing makes you move like Trance/House music. That’s it’s whole purpose - Dance tunes. Most are in the 7-10 min range.
Artists to start with -
Alphazone
Cosmic Gate
Lisa Lashes
Deadmau5
Daft Punk
And if you like orchestral type tunes at 140 BPM, try Andy Blueban
And I say this as a spandex loving 80s Steve Vai/harband guy.
Give it a listen - might like it ;)
Atomic Punk.
Must be before your time. Wait...what am I saying???? ;-))
“I dunno about that; Gates of Delirium comes to mind....”
That is a great song, and a great choice. When my mind is full of worries chaotic but melodic music like Gates of Delirium is actually very soothing.
Edit - Andy “BluEman”
Say you wanna move?
