Americans have finally made the acquaintance of a judge who is willing to adhere to the demands of the Constitution and the laws he swore an oath to uphold upon taking office.
Georgia State Office of Administrative Hearings Judge Michael M. Malihi ruled this week that, as stated in Georgia law, “every candidate for federal office shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.” (1)
In his ruling, Mahili stated quite simply that “the court finds that the defendant (Barack Obama) is a candidate for federal office who has been certified by the state executive committee of a political party and therefore must, under Code Section 21-2-5, meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.” (1)
The suits which resulted in Malihi’s ruling were brought in response to Obama’s inclusion on the 2012 Georgia State primary ballot. And one of these complaints in particular might cause problems for the acting President of the United States.
In October of last year, attorney Van R. Irion of the Liberty Legal Foundation filed lawsuits against the Democrat Party both in Tennessee and at the federal level, “…requesting injunctions prohibiting the Party from certifying that Obama is Constitutionally qualified to run for the office of President in the 2012 election.” (2)
It was this same complaint that comprises the Georgia case for which a hearing is scheduled on January 26th.
Irion’s action has nothing whatever to do with the validity of the birth certificate Obama’s minions posted online last year. And the attorney doesn’t care whether Obama was born in Hawaii or not.

Finally. someone with some courage. I should send him a note of congratulations on having the courage of his convictions and upholding the Constitution of the United States which every lawyer and judge has taken a solemn oath to do, or have they forgotten?
In fact, we all should. If anyone can get the courthouse address for him, we should send notes of support to his chambers.
If the correct finding is returned, could this lead to all the laws he signed and all the appointments he’s made being invalidated?

How in the heck is Hillary going to be able to get on the ballot? There is not enough time to get her on all of the ballots.
We need to all pitch in for a good 24-hour security team for this judge.
I guarantee you that the Secs of State in the blue states where Hillary needed to be on the ballot would make it happen.

Judges aren’t like Congressmen and other elected officials who like to hear from constituents, who can be lobbied, and who vote (usually) according to the public’s response. Judges prefer to think of themselves as strict interpreters of the law, regardless of who likes or dislikes their ruling.
Writing to thank a judge for his opinions, or to condemn the judge for his rulings, doesn’t go over well. Instead, you might want to write to thank and encourage the attorney(s) handling the case.
He’ll just give ‘em his manufactured BC, maybe have Staples print it off on real nice fancy paper, and call it good. After a few phone calls from the “right people” the judge will dismiss this and disappear to save his pension, just watch...
That judge will be getting a phone call long about next week. Somehow that case will quietly disappear. I am praying it does not happen but we have been through this a million times already.

President Zer0 is ruthless , and it would not surprise me one bit to hear that "opposition", no matter how small it is perceived, is being taken out by unfortunate accidents or out and out murder.

It is but a small step from one lawless act to another more egregious lawless act....especially if you have it in mind to "fundamentally change the world".
There have been a lot of these kind of people throughout history...The Caesars, Gengus Kahn, Alexander the Great, Hitler, et al...every one committed murder to further their ends...
