without having to click on half a dozen links and do research into this subject, can someone put this in a nutshell for me?
Stacy Lynne spoke out about the Agenda 21 at the city council on the thread mentioned in post 1. The current article and video is in regards to her son being taken away without cause, without charges, but she now owes $14,000 in court fees.
well...I looked and tried to figure it out. Best I can figure is that there is some sort of custody battle over a child. The mother evidently has done some investigations locally. Her supporters have assumed the courts are out to take her child away as retribution. Judge seems way out of line in how this was handled and the police/enforcers are not helping things.
I never did find in the few minutes of looking how Agenda 21 comes into play...my guess is that it is what she was exposing/investigating.

OK.... custody battles rarely benefit the child.. but now a bigger thing looms in my mind.. something I have never looked into, agenda 21... I know it is some un thingie, but can this be put into a nutshell? I am just beginning to get a little curious

The scariest part is the way they are going about it. Ground up...local city councils first and foremost. This is why it is so hard to see and learn about...no big federal or state push, although they are working on it, just slyly. Comply with what? Was she out of compliance with the Bureau of Compliance (ask Mark Steyn about this)?
Does this really have anything to do with Agenda 21 or is it just a Divorce that turned sour?
She was served with papers that (at least according to the LEO serving them) ordered her to present her child. She didn't. So I guess that was the basis of the charge.
This whole story sounds too wierd for me ... at one point she claims the entire county is controlled by Republicans that essentially scheme to take away peoples children / allow women to be raped & murdered, etc ....
If any part of this were true, why hasn't she availed herself of the state / federal courts?
What were the $14,000 in fees for? Certainly not for an arrest where the charge was dropped at the first hearing.

Ah - NOW we get to the nut of this: people trying to prove the government caused her to incur $14K of legal fees, when it was a private custody matter on which she incurred that debt. Bait and switch - If I had any sympathy for her, it evaporated.
