Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Duncan Sunahara
Lawsuit against the Hawaii Department of Health has been filed by Hawaii Attorney Gerald Kurashima on behalf of Duncan Sunahara, Virginia Sunahara's brother. The case has been assigned to Judge Nishimura. Dean Haskins of the Birther Summit will be making a public announcement about this case very soon. Stay tuned for further updates.

HDOH Denies Having Birth Record for Virginia Sunahara
Virginia Sunahara was born on Aug 4, 1961 and died the next day. Her death was announced in both theHonolulu Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin. Her name is in both the 1960-64 birth index and 1960-64death index.But when I asked for a non-certified copy of her abbreviated birth certificate the HDOH told me thatthey have no records responsive to my request. On previous requests for other COLB I had been told that I could not get a copy because I did not have a direct and tangible interest. But in this case they flat-out told me they don't have a birth record for Virginia. Even though their birth index says they do.

Either the HDOH lied about having no records for her, or they queried her name and the computer no longer has that record under her name, even though it was under her name when they printed the 1960-64 birth index sometime around March of 2010. What happened to Virginia's birth record? Was the name on it changed to Barack Hussein Obama II so he could have her BC#? The HDOH needs to be audited, to find out what has happened with Sunahara's birth record. Here is the HDOH’s claim that they have no birth record for a girl listed on their birth index:

They were between a rock and a hard place though, because if somebody looked in the birth index and she wasn’t there it would have spelled trouble also.
I think they thought they had the birth index manipulated to the point where there wouldn’t be any troubles. The birth index showed the way things really were for Sunahara and showed how the HDOH wanted things to be for Obama. Unless somebody got access to what was REALLY in the database there would be no problem.
This problem came in - I believe - because some honest soul at the HDOh told me what was actually in the database, and it didn’t happen to match what was in the index that was printed up specially because it had to show BOTH Sunahara and Obama in the computer, when there was only one BC# to use between the two of them.
And I followed that report on your website, it’s as clear as if I was there myself, I never doubted the information for a second...
But this is the first time we have that many ducks in a row, thanks to Duncan coming forward. And what I like in particular is the knowledge that the Local Registrar for the COATS baby born in the same hospital as Virginia, also appears on the 10641 certificate, which I just can’t bring myself to refer to as zero’s bc.

Wondering if the parent or parents must show documentation there’s a marriage.
If no proof..and the father does not sign..is the child considered a bastard. The Hawaii law in the link provided states if the child is not legitimate the family name comes from the mother.

You can forget the SCOTUS. The Pirate Roberts was put there for a reason or two which will not be revealed to We The People except the criminalities be exposed.
It is very interesting that you see a possible connection between high government officials and hiding of Obama’s eligibility. I do believe this whole matter is bigger than people want to admit or know about. I believe the subversion goes at least back to the days of Woodrow Wilson and the creation of the Fed Reserve. However, the efforts to destroy USA’s exceptionalism under our Constitution really got moving when the USA became the powerhouse of the world during and after WWII. Factors involved in this were people like Soros and Walker, International bankers and the enabling Rothchild family. There are many other factors that used a man like Obama as a pawn including the same groups and Russia. This might all seem like pipe smoke but keep in mind it all comes down to one paramount thing i.e. change or destroy what is known as the USA.
When that time comes let’s have Roberts explain why he let Obama use his SC office for a ‘look at me’ meeting.
