Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Duncan Sunahara
Lawsuit against the Hawaii Department of Health has been filed by Hawaii Attorney Gerald Kurashima on behalf of Duncan Sunahara, Virginia Sunahara's brother. The case has been assigned to Judge Nishimura. Dean Haskins of the Birther Summit will be making a public announcement about this case very soon. Stay tuned for further updates.

HDOH Denies Having Birth Record for Virginia Sunahara
Virginia Sunahara was born on Aug 4, 1961 and died the next day. Her death was announced in both theHonolulu Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin. Her name is in both the 1960-64 birth index and 1960-64death index.But when I asked for a non-certified copy of her abbreviated birth certificate the HDOH told me thatthey have no records responsive to my request. On previous requests for other COLB I had been told that I could not get a copy because I did not have a direct and tangible interest. But in this case they flat-out told me they don't have a birth record for Virginia. Even though their birth index says they do.

Either the HDOH lied about having no records for her, or they queried her name and the computer no longer has that record under her name, even though it was under her name when they printed the 1960-64 birth index sometime around March of 2010. What happened to Virginia's birth record? Was the name on it changed to Barack Hussein Obama II so he could have her BC#? The HDOH needs to be audited, to find out what has happened with Sunahara's birth record. Here is the HDOH’s claim that they have no birth record for a girl listed on their birth index:

Yeah, I got the news about "Obama" making four "recess" appointments when Congress wasn't even in recess. This is what you get when you allow the charade of an ineligible usurper who knows full well that he's constitutionally ineligible, to not only become ensconced in, but to continue in "office". You get off-the-charts, unconstitutional "up yours" power grabbing. I mean, if you've been knowingly allowed (trust me, Congress, the Judiciary, the very highest military and the top people in a veritable alphabet soup of important agencies are fully aware that this dude isn't supposed to be where he is) to unconstitutionally usurp the presidency, that pretty much makes one untouchable, no? This isn't about people being terrified of the race card any longer. That card is what was employed in order to grease the wheels of usurpation. What's happening now is something else altogether. The entire Washington establishment is guilty of the biggest misprision of felony in history. They are all in on it and all guilty, and as such, none of them will do a damned thing about pretty much anything "Obama" does while still "in office". They're (the GOP miscreants mostly) hoping that he gets routed in the November elections and that the eligibility question gets answered by historians rather than by a grand jury. Dishonorable and cowardly as that tactic is, it moreover fails to address this question: What if "Obama" were to secure a second "term"?
America is literally reeling from just the first three years of this man. If he were given another four, and another four without the need for even the slightest restraint that hope for reelection necessarily engenders at that, the "fundamental transformation" of America into a Socialist State would be pretty much irrevocable, sans civil strife up to and including (the unspeakable), or some other nasty breakup of the Union.
Remember what Ayers said about trolling graveyards for the names of unfortunate young souls, so as to steal their identities. . .

Regarding our very highest military. Wow! What a disappointment!
In the meantime our soldiers come home in caskets due to Obama’s willfully ruled of engagement that favor the enemy and his foreign policies that strengthen those who would kill our military and U.S. citizens.
What has our highest military done? Were their any requests from them to congress or our courts to clarify Obama’s natural born status? Where there any highly publicized press conferences with resignations and firm threats of all officers down the line to resign?
When did ignoring identity theft, forgeries of birth documents, multiple social security numbers, failure to e-verify, ballot fraud, campaign funds fraud, lying, and refusal of the most polite requests from lower level officers to prove one’s identity become part of the military code of honor? Is this how they watch the back of our brave and honorable troops serving under them. Is this how they uphold their oath before God to defend the Constitution?
When they return the salute of our brave and honorable troops why doesn't the earth open to swallow them up? When they meet the families of those killed in action why don't they wither in shame into a pile of dust?
They have treated those lower level officers with question's about Obama’s eligibility shamefully. If in the unlikely event I am in their company, I will turn my back. These very highest military are treating the military code of honor and our nation's Constitution like balled up wad of snotty Kleenex.
This may be a setup. A way to get HDOH to put a noose around their own necks. Lets hope so.

In Washington DC, the Beltway and the adjoining commuter counties, times are a’booming. Construction cranes dot the horizon in every direction. On the noon-time and after-work playing fields, at the restaurants, clubs, and constant soirees. It’s a big party full of youth and vitality. The streets are really paved with gold.
And that’s where the Courts live, the officials live, the legislators, the prosecutors, the investigators. Under Obama the money pumps are working overtime, golden sparkling slush pours down every alley, sidewalk, metroline, and hallway.
Outside of Golden Areas of the Capital and suburbs the unenlightened, the low castes, the troglodytes, the dullards, the serfs, the better-for-nothing live, the vile, the worthless, the brutes, the dirty ad smelly. The unmentionable in polite conversation. Do those outside of DC have any ideas worth listening to — of course not. Their so-called ideals absolutely ridiculous.
It is a city built all of hubris and delusion. A very mean self-indulgence dressing up in pretty clothing, in youthful skin, in intoxicating perfumes.
To that place, the most evilly conniving are drawn like flies to offal.
What does not increase one’s pension and benefits package is ignored, whatever threatens those “well-deserved and earned” forever sinecures is to be quashed ruthlessly. That is the mindset of “our betters”, the “elite” in DC.
Of course Obama is celebrated, protected. His malevolence and great con only increase their wealth, and prosper the federal civil servant of every level — from the lowest brown collar GAO broom and mop carrier to the ultra-swank dressing expensive briefcase carrying Chief Justice of US Supreme Court, and all worthies who appear before him or any tribunal in the Capitol.
No matter the harm and wreckage the rest of us suffer, the despair, the loss of all hope, where every change is for the more bleaker and harsh a turn ... they party on, insouciantly. The lesser we, the greater they.
The perfect play for a great con-man. Plays to those caught in overweening hubris ALWAYS work. Candy from a baby. Bags of candy from the playrooms.

Exactly! The GOP establishment are so hopeless! They still think they can defeat the usurper in 2012 with a RINO Romney and everything will be fine and dandy (for them)! They have not learned the lesson in 2008 when they thought they would defeat obama so it was ok to let him run despite his inelig, only to be stuck with the usurper. Now they are acting stupid again!
