Some are sanguine about the Mitt Romney's chances of wrapping up the nomination if he wins Iowa and New Hampshirebut Joe Scarborough's prediction in such case was sanguinary.
On Morning Joe today, Scarborough predicted "there will be blood" among conservatives if they see Romney cruising to the nomination.

I will accept your opinion, but you are wrong. Obama didn’t go after the other party any better than Hillary. He was chosen.
Your idea of a primary is no competition. If you can’t see that is not true, take a look at the news out of Iowa today, LOL
There is a robust competition there. Looks like the Paultards are winning. Heaven help us.
Scarborough finally got one right.

>> “The conservatives, especially the TEA Party people, didnt unite behind Palin. So she didnt run.” <<

A real contender for all time most deceptive and ignorant post on FR.
.
Apology accepted. ;-)
My hope was that given the confluence of events (rise of the Tea Party, the disaster that is the Obama administration, the anti-incumbent mood, etc., etc., etc.) a true constitutional conservative would rise to top and ‘lead us out of bondage.’ Instead, we have the establishment hacks protecting their turf and jamming one of their own (Mittens) down our throats. So, now we’re stuck with a NE liberal former governor who changes positions more than I change shoes and a bat-sh!t-crazy-uncle-in-the-basement. I fear for our country. I truly do.
I think someone else upthread made a good point about winning the down ballot races. That may be the only hope. Get enough constitutionalists in Congress to rein in the excesses of the executive branch.
That, and fervent on-your-knees prayer to God Almighty to save us from ourselves.
The Obama reelection committee thanks you very much.
Stifle it. Just stifle it. You want arguments instead of discussion. Effing stifle it!
Except of course, I was right. They didn’t. It was one of the reasons she didn’t get in. The primary reason, of course, was family opposition and opposition from the GOP Establishment.
However, the TEA people were split into factions, as you saw tonight in IA.
Best,
Chris
I have heard your kind of whining for the last 30 years...... if you don’t like it, go push someone I will vote for
when will you people understand being against someone/something isn’t good enough?
GOP can go dig that hole deeper
By “you people”, I’m guessing you mean the ones who gave you Ronald Reagan?
I’ve forgotten to ask amidst this food fight - are you a Tea partier?
Check my profile and then tell me what you think...
Ronald Reagan wasn’t against Carter, he was for the American People......that is why he won
wake up
You’re a legend in your own mind!
