This holiday season, activists in California are urging the states undocumented population to be particularly vigilant. That is because, at this time of year, law enforcement sets up drivers checkpoints, attempting to ferret out intoxicated motorists. Activists warn that this can be a particularly dangerous situation for immigrants, whether or not they hold valid drivers licenses, since police officers are likely to use this opportunity to check the legal residency status of those individuals suspected of being undocumented. This holiday season, activists in California are urging the states undocumented population to be particularly vigilant. a trying time?? as opposed to a gay time?? what should a criminals time be???
Road blocks are unconstitutional. They flat-out are. I don’t care who you are, road blocks are unconstitutional. You can not do it under our constitution. Sorry, states rights lose to federal on this one. We are losing those cherised rights and freepers are accepting the road block IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! IT IS NOT LEGAL!! Under the Commerce clause? Bullshat. I am tired of telling people to read the constitution and ask mark levin. The state you live in does not have the right to stop you in a roadbloack. The federal gov does not have the right to stop you in a roadblock, ezcept in an emergency. They DO NOT HAVE THIS RIGHT. YOU ARE GIVING IT TO THEM!
It pisses me off every time I hear these illegal aliens referred to as “immigrants”.
Boot them all out!
I’m more concerned about American citizens who have lost jobs and can’t find them due to illegal aliens impact on our society.
What is next? Are the rapists going to declare bathing suits are unfair for they tempt them? Oh wait, that does explain Muslims....

criminals leave alabama, employment numbers go up...
This holiday season, activists in California are urging the states undocumented population ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS to be particularly vigilant. That is because, at this time of year, law enforcement sets up drivers checkpoints, attempting to ferret out intoxicated motorists. Activists warn that this can be a particularly dangerous situation for ILLEGAL immigrants, whether or not they hold valid FAKE drivers licenses, since police officers are likely to use this opportunity to check the legal residency status of those individuals suspected of being undocumented ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.
The dangers posed to undocumented ILLEGAL immigrants by these police checkpoints is one example in a long line of additional stresses placed on this part of our countrys population THESE CRIMINALS during the Christmas season. For many, the holidays are a time for public revelry, trips to shops and restaurants and visits to the homes of relatives too far away to travel to regularly. However, for those without the proper authorization to be in this country ILLEGALLY, long car trips and public celebrations can ultimately lead them into police custody--WHICH IS EXACTLY WHERE CRIMINALS SHOULD BE--TOGETHER WITH THE "ACTIVISTS" WHO AID AND ABET THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.
I see they readily misused “your” vs. “you’re” in 1953, too. It’s a tradition!
Maybe Santa will put a Green card in their stocking so they can drive dunk here.
I am more concerned with the 50,000 Americans who have lost their lives due to being killed by illegal immigrants in one way or another in the last decade.
My give-a-damn is busted. F’em all.
“Checkpoints are unconstitutional’’< Ah, no they’re not. Driving is a privilege granted by the state, not the federal government. Whereas a right cannot be revoked, a privilege can. And 4th. Amendment protections don’t apply to your car. Trust me, long ago I found this out the hard way. But in any case, tough sh!t for Mexican illegals. Christmas or not, I hate Mexico and I hate Mexicans because they’re thieves and law-breaking parasites destroying our country.
I think they are lucky most Americans simply don’t care about them.
I believe the day is coming soon when people really DO care about them, and the manifestation of that caring will not be pretty or Christmas-like.
Has anyone ever considered the plight of the poor “Undocumented Adoptees?”
Just try to hop the fence of the Kennedy or Kerry compounds.
Nobody cares that you’re just trying to improve your situation. I tried to tell them “there are no illegal people!” They just keep going on about trespassing and stuff!
No one ever said breaking the law would be easy.
Each and every one of them have their names on every mall’s Angel Tree, every Blue Santa list and every other gimmie list out there multiple times over.
r.u.f.k.m?
You are exactly right. Through an organization that we belong which will go unnamed we were requested to adopt a family or two. We passed. Last year they sent to the troops. Wish they had kept it the same this year.
Wow... a tear formed in one of my eyes.....nope, sorry it was just an eye crusty...
If the immigrants obeyed the law. There would be no need to deport them.
