I don't disagree with what you say except for dismissing Rawles as some sort of slouch. You must know that even if Rawles and others who wrote similarly, the US Supreme Court decides cases like this, if they decide at all, however they want to decide and there's nothing you can do about it.
If anything is to come out of any of this, it is my opinion that it will come not from the Supreme Court but from the court of public opinion. The court of public opinion is never going to understand the distinction between natural-born and native-born citizens, but they might understand a clear-cut case of fraud. (As an example, when my own Obama loving son came home from work on April 27, he opened the front door and called out to me, "It's over." I really didn't have a clue what he was talking about so I asked. "Obama. It's all over the internet." He had seen a bunch of the videos that were posted within hours of the Bogus BC release. I'm sure that if Obama had been frog-marched out of the WH, he would have understood. But the MSM circled the wagons, and OBL was killed or so they say; and most people still don't know. The MSM paints anyone who questions the Bogus BC as a space cadet.)
