There are no records that the mother was ever in the hospital. With all of that being said, folks, I'd rather focus on the economy and jobs and how to get the country back. But, ah, If you ask me was he born (here?) I really can't tell you.
Ah, thank you. So if the “real” BHO the second was born elsewhere and arrived by ship, then this would fit in.
I don't disagree with what you say except for dismissing Rawles as some sort of slouch. You must know that even if Rawles and others who wrote similarly, the US Supreme Court decides cases like this, if they decide at all, however they want to decide and there's nothing you can do about it.
If anything is to come out of any of this, it is my opinion that it will come not from the Supreme Court but from the court of public opinion. The court of public opinion is never going to understand the distinction between natural-born and native-born citizens, but they might understand a clear-cut case of fraud. (As an example, when my own Obama loving son came home from work on April 27, he opened the front door and called out to me, "It's over." I really didn't have a clue what he was talking about so I asked. "Obama. It's all over the internet." He had seen a bunch of the videos that were posted within hours of the Bogus BC release. I'm sure that if Obama had been frog-marched out of the WH, he would have understood. But the MSM circled the wagons, and OBL was killed or so they say; and most people still don't know. The MSM paints anyone who questions the Bogus BC as a space cadet.)

The only opinion that counts is that of the USSC who defined NBC as one born in the country to citizen parents in it’s decision Minor v Happersett. I’ll take their words over yours, or William Rawle’s, every time because it has the force of Law......

Statements such as this expose you as a shallow ignoramus to the many people who follow my posts here. Anyone not familiar with my posts who wants to, can look up my entire posting here at FR. I think the nicest thing I might ever have said about Obama (and I'm not sure if I said it here) is that he didn't disgrace himself at the Army-Navy game a few weeks ago.

Maybe the chick next to Obama in the “bassinet” photo is the “wife in the Philippines” who was also mentioned in those INS records.

First there’s the mysterious wife in the Philippines, and then there’s the unremarked pregnancy of Obama’s first wife Kezia, back in Kenya, while he was here. What happened to that pregnancy?
It was reported by Obama’s friend Leo Odera that Kezia got pregnant while her husband was in the USA, he found out, and that’s why they were estranged and he started looking for a new wife. So where does that fit into this tale?

This verified for us that indeed Mary had known Ann Dunham. Anna was obviously confident enough with Mary to have her baby sit her son Barack and confide in her about her future plans.
Charlette telephoned Mary in Alaska - Mary says, yes, I babysat for Anna...and Charlette writes...'THIS VERFIED FOR US THAT INDEED MARY HAD KNOWN ANN DUNHAM'. And in the very next breath, Charlettes calls her ANN.

I do not know the origin of the two boy picture but it just occurred to me that it looks like it was taken in a studio by a professional photographer. Or a franchise like Olan Mills. If that is the case and if that studio was still in existence that photo with it’s description would still be in existence.
Find something where you can 100% say she is shown as living as S. ANN DUNHAM...the Hawaii Polk entry is for ANN S DUNHAM.
Looks like the Filipino girl who arrived with the kenyan in summer of 1959 and was met by Stanley Armour Dunham amongst a number of other locals...who posed with the captain and crew of a ship...used the name Dunham - and lived with Stanley Armour and Madelyn at the birth announcement address...doesn't it?
She was identified as ANNE/USA at the Nachmannof gathering:

SAD applied for an emergency renewal of her passport to travel to the Philippians but then rescinded the emergency. So she clearly had a reason to go there....and we don’t know if she made that trip or not.
I’m surprised, Mike, that you missed it but in the scheme of things, it really isn’t that big a deal.
This issue was argued vociferously here on FR and on The Post & Email.
I stopped being interested in the subject when two things were made public: birth announcements have no legal weight, as a baby born anywhere in the world could be put in the newspaper by grandma’s insistence; and, invesitgators kept finding microfiche and film reels with splices or evidence of tampering.
So, if grandma Maddy Dunham had insisted that a birth announcement be put in the local Hawaiian papers, dated Aug.18, 1961, so what? The announcement doesn’t even tell us the name of this baby boy. Interesting, eh? Grandma wasn’t in the same location as the birth.
This jives with the birth certificate being “Filed” but not accepted, as would be the case if it was incomplete. An incomplete Birth Certificate is not a legal document for identification in a court of law.
The problem for Obama is that he was adopted by stepdad Lolo Soetoro while the small family was living in Hawaii, and that adoption BC is the birth certificate of record in the DOH’s vault.
And it is also a contributing factor in how he is an Indonesian citizen. When the Soetoro’s moved to Indonesia where children belong to the father, Lolo had a Hawaii birth certificate proving Barry was his son and should have Indonesian citizenship.
The only way BHO2 could later get U.S. citizenship back was via naturalization. I don’t know exactly when that occurred, but most likely, if ever it happened, after he returned from Pakistan in the early 1980s.
It is entirely possible he never naturalized and is still an Indonesian citizen.
Your analysis is the clearest and most reasonable. After reading the “Auntie” thread carefully, I came to the inescapable conclusion that Stanley Ann Dunham could not possibly have been the mother of the fellow in the White House (whoever he may be).
I see no need to attempt a hunt through the archives of an unknown photographer's studio...the boy on the left of the 'two little boys' image is zero.
The boy on the RIGHT of the 'two little boys' image is the same dark boy shown in the family group - with Ruth and the kenyan.
And the child Ruth is holding is MARK.
You do not think there is a “good detective” working out there that is a birther?
Come on...if this had any more legs, it would have been ferreted out in the past four years.
I DO think that the key is the college paperwork. But even that seems to have been cleansed. I know that where I worked, it was possible to look up the accounts of “famous” people who did business with us.
I cannot imagine that Occidental’s staff does not include someone who is curious.
