Welcome to the United Soviet States of America..where the Pravda State Media vet the candidates to the pleasure and needs of the RinoCrat UniParty.
This election will be a non-election...featuring the state approved candidates-whose only distinction is whether they are black or white.

If Herman Cain does not win the nomination, does he not have legal recourse against his accusers and the media institutions that continuously reported these allegations without evidence???

They could be dredging things up on any of the candidates, but they aren't.
The very fact that they are trying to eliminate Cain says that he is the enemy of state-controlled media.
State-controlled media is my enemy, too.
The enemy of my enemy is my candidate.

Only the gullible fans of Cain believe that he is guilty.
The non-gullible fans of Cain believe that he is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

As an associate minister Herman Cain probably has counseled many hard luck people. It sounds like this gal was a 13 year long case.
Cain has experienced the hardships of poverty. He has shown he has a heart for the "down and outs" and has been blessed with the means to help others.
MSM does not understand Christian resoprocity. Christians do not give up on people. Some people are life-time projects.
I have to ask the question, "If you are at the computer or by your cell phone late at night and someone e-mails or texts you a message, do you check the time before you respond?" If I was awake I would answer a message ASAP.

There is the issue of an attempted high tech lynching ala Clarence Thomas. There is the issue of whether or not this claim of a 13 year affair is as baseless as all the other harrassment issues or perhaps more legit.
And then there is the issue of how his staff has handled it, which is almost a unanimous epic fail.
And I think item B is the one that’s really hurting him the most.

Bravo for using the word “lynching” because that's what it is.
Might as well string him up without a trial or any evidence, or any cross examination of the witness(es) against him.
I'm sick and tired of the old adage, “where there's smoke there has to be fire.” Not so.
Not one of these skanks can supply any hard evidence of any affairs or wrong doing by Herman Cain, and their timing is nothing rank politics of the lowest schungiest level.
You don't have to be a Cain supporter to see what's going on here, but you do have to be fair minded.
Pray for this good man and his family.

Bless you, bray; you are a FR treasure.
I am praying for Cain. Any conservative that enjoys or joins in the lynching of Cain will regret it. You can’t join forces w the enemy when it suits you and then hope they won’t stab you in the back when your turn comes. What they are doing to Cain is a picnic at the beach compared to what they will do to the nominee, be it Cain or someone else. Fight them now or live to regret it.

I am frustrated with Herman Cain's response to the accusations of these women, too little and too late. He needs to flay them open and expose them for the opportunists they obviously are. As for the machinery behind the practice of personal destruction of political candidates, a candidate just has to live with the knowledge that no one is immune and this has to be factored in when making a decision to run for any public office. Axelrod got Obama elected to the senate by clearing his way thru personal destruction of his competetors and thence on to the White House. The problem for me is not Cain's attackers, but the seeming reluctance he has to connect the dots leading to their common past association with the restraunt business. Cain needs to give his supporters some concrete information rebutting the charges. He is a fighter for sure and however it all turns out, he has shown a bravery and backbone that any of our candidates would do well to emulate.
