It’s better to get the government out of medicine completely.

ObamaCare is a process, the end result will be no private healthcare

So under your premise, when government bans private healthcare and makes medicine too expensive through regulations, its not “killing”??

If, as many suspect, the increase in cost of health care has been intentional by social engineers, then you could make a very good case that denying the only available payment for critical care is indeed killing.

A story about a rapist??
He tells Nancy that she will be grateful one day for his making her understand that sexuality is a part of human nature and must not be suppressed....
That's the excuse child molesters use I bet...

What I remembered most about it were the ethical suicide parlors in Hyannis, the Kennedy digs. The idea was the government was concerned with too many people so they had to make death attractive. So the hostesses in the parlors were good looking.

We know ultimately it is coming; we have been spared thus far in this country from many of the purges that have occurred elsewhere on the planet, and have apparently become complacent to our own slow boil.
Like many saints before us, we must choose faith and life and Truth, even to the death.
Some righteous flesh will survive to see the Coming of the Lord.

Returning the health care system completely to the private sector (getting the social engineers out of it) will certainly lower the cost of many medical procedures by a certain amount.
It will also result in many elderly and some younger people not receiving lifesaving care which they currently are now getting.
Mind you, if we take that approach I am not necessarily opposed. I just think we ought to do so with eyes wide open and no pretense.
The American public whether in a government or insurance arena have proven time and time again that they wish to consume far more health care than they are willing to pay for.

Its better to get the government out of medicine completely. Are you saying that we should terminate the Medicare and Medicaid programs immediately?
I could go along with that.
But if those programs are going to continue or to be gradually wound down, we need to start by making sure they spend less money than they take in. Do you have a strategy for doing that??

And how the left just crapped all over Sarah for calling it what it truely is : Death Panels.
And that was before it was signed!! And the right kept quiet, also. We did not hear a peep from any of these candidates then. They all could have supported her and made a bigger stink but they didn't. It was all about them (not being attacked) and not our country.
I want to know if this is so near and dear to MB - when she NEVER came out swinging against Mitt!! When Santorum was questioning Mitt on Romneycare and pushing hard - MB jumps in and says obamacare will be repealed so we have worries. What a crock while she blocked Santorum from attacking Mitt! NO ONE wants this - at least 70% of Americans don't - and that's the response from the one candidate who is supposedly the champion of getting rid of it.
I wish Sarah would jump in - she's the only one I trust. The others are more concerned about their 'career'. However, Sarah, I believe, is aware where we are headed despite what these candidates say. Deals behind the scenes to keep the status quo - no matter who the candidate - and the media is controlling the minds of the people. Sarah can't be bought - so she had to be destroyed in the media by both the left and 'supposed' right.
The 3 yrs of non stop harassing of Sarah and death threats she/family received are not surprising. The way they manipulated her during the VP run was a clue. But Americans finally had someone who thought like they did and camped out all night just to meet her and sold out crowds where ever she went. And those freepers who were pawns of liberalism/socialism can never wash away their stench. That's one reason I'm fine w/her no running - she and her family would go through hell and when she won - they would benefit from it. They don't deserve it. She'll always be a Patriot and they traitors. God will continue to bless Sarah and Todd and their beautiful family for standing up against evil - they always did. And they have the battle scars to prove it right down to little Trig. I don't see any blood on these candidates much less their families.
The left and right showed what lengths they will go to - to rid someone who they know will destroy what they built. So we see, these candidates are no threat to them.

(My reply is in black italiacs)
And at least the Mafia are honest and don't give you a bunch of compassion BS about what they do.
I know. It is a shame that the country has elected the enemy, the enemy of life. From the Bamster on down, these people who crafted these rules need to be tossed into prison where they belong. Even among average people, the people that would be denied healthcare by some bureaucrat do have friends, family, siblings and so on to where if that would happen, there would be possible repercussions. I know God said, "vengence is Mine," but there will be lots of people who would want "their pound of flesh," so to speak and if I was bureaucrat, I'd be in fear for my life as well as the lives of my family and children. These are not units, these are people's lives, you really cannot put a money value on it. Yes, I know we all die and no matter what, medical science will not save us at some point, but I'd rather put the decision with the patient and failing that, the family, not the government or some faceless bureaucrat.
I went food shopping today, I'm stocking up on 100 watt lightbulbs. I just find it ironic that we live in a country that will give us a choice to kill the unborn but not the choice in the lightbulbs we want to buy or soon, our healthcare. Yakoff Smirnoff was right, "what a country!"

A replacement of the current circumstances with a free market oriented system would result in mind boggling improvements.
A sincere effort at cost reduction would include tort reform, a free insurance market, a requirement that non-essential and trivial use of emergency rooms and primary care clinics (i.e., for the common cold) result in mandatory fee for service by the patient. That’s just to start.
The resulting decrease in health care costs and increase in accessibility would be exponential. Supply would be shifted from the non-essential users to the elderly and truly sick that you mention.
In other words, the free market and common sense would fix the system.

This nation is becoming what we've been fighting against since the union was founded. It can all be done behind closed doors aided by propaganda and lies instead of providing life saving treatment and therapy which can bring a full recovery.
They killed Terri. We knew they would be emboldened to kill whomever they please. Americans 65 and older will be termed "units" and will ONLY get comfort care. 65 is young but they will be denied.
My grandfather was among the troops at Omaha Beach at Normandy on D-Day. He went from there all the way to Buchenwald from what I was told. He fought against people with the same ideas as these. If he knew that, he might as well tossed down his Garand and swam all the way back to Dover. Better yet, just like the liberation at Normandy, we need a liberation of Washington. Let's face it folks, America elected a whole lot of enemies with the same morals and ethics as Adolph Eichmann.

Supply would be shifted from the non-essential users to the elderly and truly sick that you mention. This is still a redistribution of resources from one segment of society to another, so it's not truly a free market reform.....unless the elderly are given only those healthcare services that they or their families can personally pay for.
A lot of what we now take for granted in terms of drugs, implantable devices, and surgical procedures, especially for the elderly, was brought into being by cost-unlimited, utilization-unlimited Medicare funding. A system that has to be run on an actuarily sound basis will have to either seriously cut coverage to patients, or seriously cut payments to doctors and hospitals, or both.

I suppose all the 65 + group could file a giant discrimination lawsuit. But that would take a decade, just think how many they can COMFORT during that time frame.
Yeah, reminds me of the Notch Babies, The Man basically dragged his feet until they started to die off.
