It has been a challenge to compare the Occupy Wall Street entrenchment to the Tea Party movement due to sporadic, biased, and negative coverage of Occupy Wall Street by the mainstream/liberal media. The mainstream/liberal media have demonstrated with their history of affectionate and tender coverage of Tea Party rallies that they are sycophantic water carriers for the Tea Party, the GOP, and conservatives.

If it's supposed to be satire, parody or sarcasm, it only succeeds in being boorish.I've read a large part of it, and I'm confident that it is meant as satire. (Read the fist three paragraphs and see if you don't agree.) If it comes across as boorish, it's because the Occupy actions mentioned are depraved. I think Jim should consider some further editing of this piece.

If you have to explain your jokes, they’re not funny in the first place.

I got a grin out of the second paragraph, at least. Maybe he should have led with that.

You once asked Shibumi to explain how you are ‘blog pimping’.
Well, you post excerpts of your blog to draw traffic away from FR.
AND you never stick around to discuss anything, you just post your excerpt and then run.
That’s called “Post and run trolling”.
You may have had different intentions, but the way it looks is not good.
