I get this strange feeling that the people in the White House think this is brilliant.
Prod. & Vid. wanted for OWS reporting
Calling all videographers and producers who want to spread the word about the Occupy Wall Street movement.A Truthdig.com reporter seeks to chart the events that led to the collapse of the United States over the last 30 years and determine what the 99% can do about it.
The project involves a series of interviews with experts on key political and economic issues and will be centered in New York City. Here is a link to a recent video interview:
http://www.truthdig.com/avbooth/item/a_businessman_occupies_wall_street_20111022/
Please contact and pass this on to anyone who may be willing to help.
Thank you.
As if MSNBC, CNN, PBS Kids Sprout, NPR, ESPN, Sesame Street, etc aren't enough. Now they want independent filmmakers?
Writers 4 OWS Movement
The mainstream media has been quick to depict this OWS movement as half-baked, fragmented and ultimately inconsequential.Skilled creative people offer the best opportunity to give a forceful/articulate voice to the many legitimate concerns of the courageous people who are confronting the powers that be.
Our consortium seeks to create a vibrant channel/network to distribute information in a timely and open manner.
Funding sources: social media/donations
Please send links and background information and state how you can contribute to this cause.
That's just like liberals: always thinking they're biggest problem is in the messaging.
Looking to interview you about 'occupy wallstreet'
This will be a 3 minute interview on camera. You basically show up in hair and make up for the recording. Please see the format of the interview below http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEptvmFKG2A
Please be sure to use hairspray, blush, eyeliner, and lipstick manufactured by corporations. And the camera we will use was manufactured by Sony.
Concerned writers wanted Help Create OWS channel
OWS Alliance recognizes that the mainstream media is not going to be supportive of this vitally important cause. It is up to the people to find a way. We are creating an Internet channel that will serve as the true voice of the people.
No party affiliations... just open thoughtful communication that will continue to shine a light on the greed and corruption.
There is only one way to extricate us from the self-serving politicians and corporate fortune hounds. We must expose, inform the public and then act in our own best interest.
Ultimately it requires organization and strategic planning. Please join us.
Funding: social media/donations
Funding: Ramen Noodles - that's if the fat sexual predator in tent 9 will allow it. (No cops or no Ramen Noodles)
Looking for OccupyWallStreet Broadcasters on iPhone
We believe it is important to cover the OWS events as they unfold, but it's as important to uncover elements, especially the danger and controversy, anonymously. We're looking for anyone spending any amount of time already capturing Occupy_____ on an iPhone to use our app (it's free, and again, anonymous). You keep the footage, free to post it elsewhere as you want, but by using our app it also goes into our web feeds. (Reply to us for urls) We will compensate with cash cards commensurate to time-commitments.We are looking for fellow iPhone shooters (on iOS4 or higher).
Seriously. Apple should use this in one of their ads. An anti-corporation movement using a corporation to spread the word through apps created while adhering to that corporation's strict policies. You just can't make this stuff up.
Where do they get the ‘30 years’ figure I see floating around and why?
(Not that I expect a rational or logical response from them)
Because in their deluded minds, everything bad started happening in 1981, the year Reagan took office.
“Get in the face of evil corporations then blog and tweet about it on your iPhones and iPads. Exhibitionists welcome. Free coupons to Starbucks for the first 1,000 protesters.”
Did they not notice their dear leader in L.A. schmoozing with the RICH who they DESPISE??? HYPOCRITS, all of them!
This is going to hurt the White House. (Will Obama still allow us to call it that?)
