It found 59% of his fellow Texans including 43% of Democrats are against the policy.I would ask these people what changed their minds, since they evidently supported it before this year. This deal passed the Texas Legislature with almost 100% of the vote. I think it's safe to say the Texas Legislature would not have passed this if 60% of the people were against it.
