Ok guys Is this just a minor thing? Or a big deal? Ill let you speculate on what it means .
Heres the news reported by the Sarah Palin Blog:
I was walking through the grocery store earlier today when I received a text message from a close friend asking me if I had taken note of the change on Sarah Palins Facebook page. I confessed that it had been an exceptionally busy day and that I had not looked at Palins page today. My friend then brought to my attention that under the Info link, Palins political views have been changed from Republican to Conservative. For a brief moment, it didnt phase me as I am also a registered Republican but I chose to list Conservative on my Facebook page as my own political view because in my eyes, it more aptly describes my values.
I suppose one could draw a multitude of conclusions regarding this status change. I know that I certainly have. You can be certain that any move Sarah Palin makes has been well thought out and is with purpose. Could she possibly be sending a message to the RNC that they need to strengthen the conservative planks of the Republican party? Perhaps her promise of sudden and relentless reform as addressed in her Indianola speech and more recently in her October 7th St. Louis speech is a sign that as in the past, neither party is safe from her scrunity.
One thing is for sure, time will tell.

Maybe you're a troll.
Cheers!
...and we all know Jesus gets his marching orders directly from Anita, right?
I mean, that's how it already works with Rick the manly man.
(Now I know the source of the hunted look in his eyes.)
Cheers!
Or maybe she thought you were bored.
GOOD ONE! Good for you!!
It's documented that the party elite have already chosen Mittens and now their aim is to quash this Tea Party faction. Why not Obama? He's the enemy isn't he.
Herman Cain is fighting the good fight but his army is nowhere near as big as the Republican Party machines. Rick Perry has already peaked.
...In the coming weeks I will help coordinate strategies to assist in replacing the President, re-taking the Senate, and maintaining the House. Sarah Palin
I haven't been a Republican for months (I wish they had a conservative party here in Kansas, but they don't, so I register as a libertarian)
Give up the dream.....Palin isn't running even if Myth Romney is the nominee.
Personally, I wish she would, she would have my vote
This cult of personality thing is getting ridiculous
Well, for example, if Cain wants to be President, and if he has had a talk show for 5 years, and if he is so passionate about Israel, wouldn't you expect that we would, at least, have some clue about what "Right of Return" means?
Cain throws out pro-Israel tough talk because conservatives want to hear it but had not even studied the subject deeply enough to know what "Palestinian right of return" meant.
Yet, although crucial to understanding the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, the uniformed Cain first heard the term in a FOX News interview:
After being told it was about Palestinians returning, still clueless about the long and complex history of that Palestinian position, Cain declared he was "for it".
Cain is all red meat and no substance just like a .... well, .... talk show host.
VIDEO: Herman Cain thinks Palestinians entitled to right of return
The presidential campaign funds are only counted every quarter (3 months). In the last *week* of the third quarter (right after the straw poll) he took in what hed taken in for the entire second quarter. ($2.5 million dollars)
That claim does not match with what Cain himself has claimed.
Is Cain really serious about being President or does he only want to upgrade his radio show to a FOX News TV show?
Serious candidates prepare for the "Ad Wars" that win or lose long election battles. Teasers do not.
Besides, Perry, guess which candidate has been taking fund-raising seriously to have the ammunition required for the "Ad Wars" that will rip a catchy debate sound bite to shreds.
Romney Rounds Up Backing Among Key G.O.P. Donors
Guess which candidate is not building up a campaign war chest because he is spending October hawking his book instead of paying attention to the logistics of a serious campaign.
Michael Steele to Herman Cain: Get Off the Book Tour
Guess which candidate has been focusing all of his attacks on Perry while treating Romney with kid gloves.
Guess which candidate endorsed Mitt Romney in 2008.
Guess which candidate is only doing what it takes be the next Sarah Palin with lucrative speaking fees, book sales and FOX News contracts while leaving the GOP nomination to his old pal, Mitt Romney.
Once again, conservatives are totally infatuated by a "Sound Bite Machine" without ever noticing that they are being played by somebody that is focusing their energies on selling books rather than focusing on what it takes to fight and win a prolonged electoral war.
A campaign war chest is the "beans and bullets" of a serious electoral war. If you want to know if a candidate is truly serious about fighting to win, pay attention to how much attention they are paying to the logistics required to win. Without logistics, all the talk of "strategy" worthy of Sun Tzu is just ridiculous self delusion.
"Amateurs talk about strategy and professionals talk about logistics." .... Omar Bradley
Wow. Your statement covers just about everything in one short sentence.
He has never managed to break away from the ALL black Democrat Church he attends. He says he left the plantation years ago, however he has not been able to break away from the Democrat Church he belongs to.
I went to the Church website a couple months ago, there is a piece by the Pastor entitled, FROM THE PASTORS DESK. In it he writes what a glorious day it was when Obama was inaugurated, praises be to God etc etc. Talks of the day the entire Church watched on a big screen.
Not a white person anywhere to be found on the entire web site. Another article talks about a senior black woman winning a award for her story...who I admire most in the world...Barack Obama.
talks about the mission of the Church, not a peep about the slaughter of the unborn, Cain tells us that he is pro life, but he belongs to a ALL black Democrat Church. How could a Christian attend such a Church? A Church were they support the party of abortion, the party that wants to remove the name of Christ from the classroom/public square.
He has not quite broken away from the plantation. Many others have! The Church I attend has dozens of non white folks that have broken away from the plantation.
I personally would have nothing to do with such a Church, I say when they praise God and then vote democrat, it`s all in vain.
As for the polls? I stated what I believe about the polls, am on record here with this belief for years.
If it had not been reported that Cain had won a straw poll with aprox 980 votes, we would not have seen the surge I believe.
The straw poll in itself meant nothing, was only the reporting that he won it that began his surge.
Who do you think runs the MSM/REP EST polls?
Sure MSM hates Cain, but it was in their interest to push him for a time, part of it was to persuade Gov Palin not to run (in their minds)
Yes I firmly believe the pollsters still rule the day, in spite of the internet and talk radio...very sad.
I wish people would wake up to them! Normally otherwise intelligent Conservatives still seem to believe that MSM polls are somehow Gospel.
I do not believe any of them
Agreeing with your post...additionally some of these polls might speak to just 300 people or so. That’s hardly a majority of anything significant. So polls really are just a springboard for the media to push what their flavorof the month is for the moment.
The media always turn against any candidate other then their own Romney. It often appears Cain is the buffer for Romney.

LOL Pretty funny. To say something like that to a room full of libs you must be a really big guy or you were armed.
exactly....
I am a Jew.
About two months ago, I’m ashamed to admit that I had a bad moment and confused ‘right of return’ with what Jews do when they “make aliyah”. It’s called a ‘blonde moment’. Perry has had plenty of them.
Shove a microphone in anyone’s face (Perry included) and brains will fart.
I never have criticized Perry for bad moments. I refused to jump on the criticism of him being introduced by a radical preacher. I don’t jump all over the dumb crap his wife has said. (I did wish she’d stop talking.)
I criticize him for policies he has supported. I criticize him for not being prepared AT ALL during the debates. I criticize his jobs report.
*I* am sticking with the issues - not the ‘gotcha’ moments.
Why can’t Perry supporters do the same thing?
That's pretty much what many people have said they will do as well...they will vote for whoever wins the primary as a vote against Obama.....even if they have to do more than hold their nose...unfortunately they may be right.
Well the media still does...the candidates still do as her phone was ringing off the wall in their attempts to get her to support them.
It's a mistake to think Palin isn't going to have an affect on this election...and a strong one. All candidates know whoever she chooses to support she will bring with her many who support her, and they know she has the ability to galvanize large swaths of voters.
It really doesn't matter what people think of Palin she has the "it" candidates want behind them...along with those of the Tea Party.
I found that rather funny.
I feel sorry for Sarah Palin, because not only does she have to put up with all the crap that the media and the liberals throw at her, she also has to deal with constant speculation from her own supporters. When Hannity interviewed her the day after her announcement, he asked about how she felt about those who wanted her to run, and she sounded sad as she talked about how she hoped they would understand but she knew they were upset.
I'm guessing she realizes that conservative more accurately reflects her philosophy than "republican", which is just a political party. But she probably didn't want to change it while there was still speculation about her running for President as a republican candidate, for obvious reasons.
Since she has already clearly stated so several times, I don't think there is any was she is "done" with the republican party, as much as a few of her supporters might like that idea.
