We have a problem when our supposed populist non politician front runner is a former Federal Reserve chairman. Herman Cain does have experience in the private sector, but a good portion of that private sector experience is working for the private corporation-The Federal Reserve.
Herman Cain believes that individual citizens can just call up the private corporation known as The Federal Reserve and ask them how they operate?
Who does he think we are? You cannot even step foot on the property of the Private Reserve. You can call the human relations department at the Federal Reserve and they will ignore your request.
Herman Cain says no need to audit The Federal Reserve.
Its not even a leading charge by just Ron Paul any longer.
The tide has turned, when even Gingrich sees the problem with The Federal Reserve.
Herman Cain is part of the problem. Herman Cain is damaged goods. He is an attractive candidate, but he is not the candidate that will turn this country around.
We need to understand that our monetary policy has been hijacked since 1913.
As long as a private corporation operates our monetary system and needs, we will not have sound money or a free economy for all Americans to dream or prosper.

A lot of our newer posters seem to have a tendency toward some pretty schizophrenic posting.
“Herman Cain is a former Federal Reserver Chairman and is too damaged to be Our Nominee.”
Right. I would much rather vote for obama. /s
He has been in the belly of the beast. He knows what the issues are.
Noone is saying we should vote for obama.
We need to get the top nominee in place. I chose palin and lost. Cain is my backup but I see him getting beatings because he is leading.
Romney I will not vote for, and neither will I vote for Perry.
I am not excited by Bachman but I like her better than anyone left.
I kind of like gingrich and santorum.
Instead we need a RINO like Mitt to be our nominee. Another McLame. Cain should not be our nominee because he is a true conservative and he doesn’t have any political experience. We need a typical politician who will say one thing to us the voter and do another when he gets into office.
What nonsense.
The people that wrote this obviously have no understanding of the Federal Reserve.
Yes, there are huge problems with the Fed and what they’re doing to our currency and economy.
But Cain was never part of the cabal inside the Fed that is the root of the problem. The NY Fed is the real problem here, and the guy who is the most recent problem child of the NY Fed is currently the US Treasury Secretary.
The other problem is the academic who is currently the Chairman of the Fed, Ben Bernanke.
Sorry Ron, you got thwapped.
I want someone who knows the inner workings of the FED and will stop it.
According to what I just heard Cain say, much of this post is not correct.
Where did you dig up this freelance bozo? What made you give him credibility?
Well at least he doesn’t worship at the altar of St. Saul of Alinsky like the current Pied Piper in Chief. Your Herman Cain controversy is nothing more than a tempest in a tea pot.
My first real job was with the Federal Reserve.
you posted this gqarbage with incorrect info to trash Cain?
Concern troll
I haven’t listened to Rush in years. Is he backing Cain now or still Romney?
I saw Cain talk about this issue a half a year ago.....nothing he said bothered me a bit....and it wasn’t The Federal Reserve, it was one of the district ones he worked at and so he saw the abuses and understands the system....I think it is a good thing.
I did not trash cain I asked for some clarification. I sent $120 to cain.
I however do believe the federal reserve has problems. Do I understand them? No? That is why I asked.
I always find it funny when someone says “I like a candidate but....” then posts from some really poorly cited, inaccurate source. Hmmmmm seems like a habit for you.

I’m sick of people raggin on Cain all the time about his one year stint with the Federal Reserve of Kansas City 15 years ago.
Who cares? I pumped gas once 15 years ago and somehow managed to evade accusations of being ‘big oil’.
Another Paulbot heard from.

Being in charge of a regional Federal Reserve has about as much to do with the NY Fed that sets monetary policy as Federal Express does.
Herman Cain is for sound money. This is 180 degrees from the Bernanke approach.
