Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) has plans to subpoena Attorney General Eric Holder over the growing Fast and Furious investigation. Separately, it has been discovered that the Attorney General may have been warned up to five times about the program. So what do you think will happen in the investigation? Will there be a further cover-up, and the Administration will get off? Or will there be resignations or impeachments?

Do we have to answer the obvious.
Holder at the very least will be charged. I only hope not convicted until the dummy is out of office so no presidential pardon.
Here be a poll, y’all
Holder will simply ignore it OR
Hillary will be forced to take the fall, accomplishing two things - getting Holder off the hook, and eliminating any possible threat from Hillary.
Not One Single Person will be CHARGED with Any Crime, Holder Might lose his job at the very most.
There is NOT a Single representative in Congress willing to do the RIGHT thing EVER if it involves shedding light on how the Ruling Class truly operates..
Every Last Person involved deserves to be charged with 1st Degree Murder under the current Felony Murder Rules found in EVERY STATE. They should all be charged with TREASON also, but they won’t, Big DOG AND PONY SHOW at Best.
Issa will suffer from an unfourtunate “accident” and it will be swept. The remaining GOP in the house will get sent a message, that they “don’t want to end up like Issa”.
I am extremely Cynical.
With a Fast and Furious weapon...?
get him under oath and let him tell his lies.
it depends on what happens in November. That’s what it’s all about.
There are several positions on this:
Criminal Charges:
International Gun Running
Accessory before the fact, Murder 1st ( Law Enforcement Officer in Official capacity
Accessroy after the fact , Murder 1st ( Law Enforcement Officer in Official capacity
Obstructing Governmental Adminsitration
Obstructing Governmental Investigation
Other Charges :
lying to Congressional committee
obstructing congressional investigation
STILL Other CHARGES:
loss of Attourney license (loss of career)
Civil Liablility ( monetary civil lawsuit : $$$ )
A few people will be thrown under the bus and Holder will hang on the way things are going. I don’t see the competence with Issa’s inquiry that the Rats have when they are on a seek and destroy mission. No televised hearings or constant leaks to the press with inflammatory information. Issa needs to step this up.
The GOP Leadership will go along even if individual members of the U.S. House of Representatives won't.
” it depends on what happens in November. Thats what its all about.”
I agree , but action will occur only if the incomming adminsistration has ball$
Holder will resign, denying guilt, but acknowledging that his political position is no longer tenable. Obama will express regret but magnanimously accept Holder’s resignation.
Holder will exercise his fifth amendment rights in any criminal investigation, and will use claims of executive privilege to litigate any legal motion by Congress or the Justice Department.
The whole thing will stretch out for the remainder of Obama’s turn, with nobody talking because it’s a criminal investigation. Obama will pardon Holder on his last day in office, claiming to be righting a grave wrong done by the Republicans in congress who pursued the witch hunt against Holder.
Lets not forget the fact Mexico wants names as well.
“Absolutely nothing”
Correct.
The generation that executed racist, fascist punks at Nuremburg is long gone.
The republicans are putting on a show to fool their constituents into thinking they are represented and there is still rule of law in America.
This is just a pitiful sequel to the congressional hearings of the 90s.
With that sort of background, (and they have tied in the Cartels), they will build the fiction that the operation was all one of those National Security thangs...
Just wait.
They are going to pull out the stops to save Holder's arse, because he is the firewall between the crooks in the administration and the inquiries of the people and the Congress, and ultimately, justice.
