The three states with the greatest percentage increases in illegal immigrants (California, Texas and Illinois) are states that offer a welcoming atmosphere and most goodies.
States like Arizona, which don’t have a welcoming atmosphere (see Jan Brewer and Sheriff Joe) and are cutting benefits are seeing illegals moving out.
