Within weeks of being inaugurated as President of the United States and appointing a new U.S. Attorney General, Barack Obama's minions have been investigating Maricopa County, Arizona's tough-on-crime Sheriff Joe Arpaio. But now Arpaio -- known to many in the U.S. as "America's Sheriff" -- is returning the gesture and officially investigating the foggy "facts" of Obama's birth records.
The Obama Administration continues its two-year investigation of Arpaio's law enforcement agency alleging that the sheriff and his deputies are violating the civil rights of illegal aliens. Attorney General Eric Holder has used the Justice Department "to harass a sheriff who dares to enforce laws Holder and Obama should be enforcing," said former police officer Donald Hogue.
The Maricopa Sheriff's Department is one of the few law enforcement agencies in the country to participate in the Homeland Security Department's immigration enforcement program that trains local cops to work with Immigration and Customs Enforcement in capturing illegal aliens, especially criminal aliens.

Here's a thought about "standing". Would Sarah Palin have "standing" in court if she decided to demand Obama's records? I can't imagine any court in the land saying that she has no standing, bcuz if she doesn't what human being on Earth would?

I’d like to see Sheriff Joe come to Madiganistan, and its capitol city, Rahmabad, and re-open the cold case of the murder of Donald Young. Then, because there are apparent connections, motor on over to Gurnee and fill in some blanks.

Obviously, Joe has law enforcement authority in Maricopa County for past and future criminal frauds committed against Maricopa county residents. Such violations are prosecutable, either at the county or state level. Fraudulent acts of deceiving the voters of Maricopa county in the election process would be such a crime. Beyond that Joe has considerable influence in Arizona, which would likely influence the state attorney general and the Sec of State. Joe’s ability to influence and motivate other county sheriffs across the U.S.to act on the matter is also considerable.
Allen Keys didn’t have standing. I doubt Sarah would either.
If this posse holds a news conference and tells the people that they found fraud and can prove it, that alone would be enough. Obama will be toast.
