Obviously, Joe has law enforcement authority in Maricopa County for past and future criminal frauds committed against Maricopa county residents. Such violations are prosecutable, either at the county or state level. Fraudulent acts of deceiving the voters of Maricopa county in the election process would be such a crime. Beyond that Joe has considerable influence in Arizona, which would likely influence the state attorney general and the Sec of State. Joe’s ability to influence and motivate other county sheriffs across the U.S.to act on the matter is also considerable.
