Leo Donofrio's "Natural Born Citizen" web site has been shut down by Wordpress - without explanation (per Leo):
I had just visited his site earlier today as well, and it was there. So this is fairly recent.

Always maintain an extra site where people can find your new URL should something like this occur.
I hope he has all the data - all the links - backed up and can transfer to another host.
He was set to announce a finding. Guess Obama applied the pressure to shut up Leo.
Since his last post said he was starting a new blog, I would imagine he closed this one on his own.
Wordpress is owned by Automatic, Inc.
All I could find was Martin Automatic, Inc., of Illinois. The organization has a new CEO name of Roger Cederholm.
I haven’t been able to find out anything about him; but knowing his political background and donation history might be useful. Since the company is located in Illinois he might have experienced threats - extortion is always a possibility when it comes to Obama.

The wordpress notices says for violations of terms of their site. Also says they can be contacted for more information.
He writes my next blog will settle this issue conclusively.
Its best not to make such announcements...Obama is watching.

This is the last post I remember on his site. I have it in my RSS feed. The message says to contact Wordpress support for questions, has anyone tried that?
It actually said it has been archived or a violation, but it doesn't matter, because it seems to be sorted out. Leo can go back to embarrassing himself publicly now.
False alarm? That happened to me once with Wordpress. Someone called me to tell me my blog was done, and I got a bunch of email asking me what happened but by the time I could check on it it was back up....

Hopefully, this was just an "accidental / inadvertent" temporary shut down by Wordpress.
It’s working now, but he’s also showing a severe ignorance of the web. When you use someone else’s servers and services for free - they can do whatever they want, and you have no recourse.
If you have something important to say, then pay $5/month, rent your own space, get your own domain, and go. And most of the cheap providers offer Wordpress, Joomla, and lots of other free blogging software. Cheap insurance to make sure what you put up is retained.
That must have been an extremelu short lived shutdown as I was at his site this around noon today, worked perfectly & does it now.
No, it says “archived or suspended for a violation.”
If it’s back up, perhaps it was suspended, and then let back up again.
