Watch the video until the folding of the flag is almost finished. At that point read Michelle’s big lips as she leans over to Obama and says “ALL THIS FOR A FLAG” and then shakes her head side to side in disapproval while Obama nods his approval of her statement.

The last three words are definitely “fold that flag”. I can’t make out the first word(s).
Why would anyone talk about the flag and roll their eyes in the manner that she did?
Who even speaks during this kind of ceremony?
Least we forget the funny looking guy standing next to her sends young men and women to die on a daily basis while protecting the flag!!!!!!!!!
If this were the Wife of a Republican President, it would be the beginning of the end.
Since this is the Wife of a Democrat President, it's just one big misunderstanding. Mrs. Obama obviously said, I love being an American, or I love the American Flag, or I wish I was married to a Republican.
As always, I could be mistaken, or drunk.

Obama sees things in terms of a Third World socialist. His father was an African Marxist and his mother a leftist skank. Nothing in his background or experience - far left community organizer, 20 years with the hate-monger Pastor Wright, close friendship with terrorist Bill Ayers, shady real estate deal with Syrian (now jailed) swindler Tony Rezko, associations with Louis Farrakhan and black militants - makes him a real American in terms of values or world view. Obama spent 150 days in the U.S. Senate, about 120 of them campaigning. He spent a few years in the Illinois state legislature voting “present.” Never has America been so poorly led.

I think it's innocent. I think she said to Obama "Watching them fold that flag..." And Obama nods vigorously as if to say "Yes it was powerful" then she makes a face like "Wow."
Explain how her facial expression and eye roll/head shake matches your take and I’ll give her the same benefit of the doubt.
I thought she said “All of this just to fold a flag.” Unbelievable.

Having now watched it a few more times, I am pretty sure she is saying “all this for that fag” meaning all the hoopla surrounding her husband’s presence at the event. He then nods in agreement.

Your words don’t make any sense... looks like she was saying “all this for the flag” and then smirking with Obama in agreement. The smirk is the kicker... shows disdain during a solemn ceremony in memory of so many who lost their lives.
I saw it a little differently. I think she actually said something positive about “the way they fold that flag” and her Marxist husband nodded in agreement.
Don’t like either of the Obama’s but I’m not going to condemn in this instance.
Yes, if you look at her eyes as she speaks, her expression was one of disdain and she made no effort to conceal it.

If someone had a parabolic mike and picked it up, along with his response which was obviously agreement, IMHO, that’s evidence that both of them are enemies of the United States and that’s certainly a situation that would call for impeachment which went digging for more evidence by looking for witnesses who could produce similar evidence of speaking against the nation in a direct and unambiguous way. I’m sure various people have picked up some vile statements, but there are so many co-conspirators at high levels that it would be difficult to find someone who would talk. How terrible to go to one’s grave having heard such talk and not speaking up.
Without the sound to go with the video it can be plausibly denied.
