First rule of Obamanomics. The price of power will neccessarily soar. I guess he expects you to freeze in the dark. This is the new USA, until he is gone.

EPA regulation forces closure of Texas energy facilities, eliminates 500 jobs
With this and the weather models showing a return of the La Nina ENSO pattern which means another year of drought and many lakes are empty or are near empty, Texas will be uninhabitable this time next year.
Won't need the power then.

As Ronaldus Magnus said of the Democrats:
“They believe: If it moves tax it. If it still moves, regulate it. If it stops moving subsidize it until it starts moving again.”

The air in Texas is fine. In fact too good for business as far as âThe Administrationâ is concerned. Its time for examples to made. They will show this economic success only gained by exploiting something or the other and is not being done by methods by the expressed approval of the DNC.
