[Last] nights address by the President to promote a supposed jobs plan, sounded eerily similar to his failed stimulus plan, and still is yet to be found anywhere in written form. Take this article and others I found to the fight to the Libs on their own turf; put the Left on the defensive at Reddit and in Stumbleupon and Delicious
It is not possible for a Federal stimulus plan (or a re-named “jobs plan”) to create jobs at a time when the same Federal govt has imposed a stifle us plan, via unaccountable czars and intrusive agency policies.
More spending in the face of more regulation, can only result in more debt, with no return on investment, and NO jobs.
WE MUST:
Repeal Frank/Dodd. The govt is only penalizing lenders for not participating in their ponzi scheme.
Repeal Obamacare. An insurance card is NOT healthcare.
Repeal the new EPA regulations and cut that departments budget in half.
Get the Feds out of the Banking business and the Automobile Industry.
Shut down the Dept. of Education as the Federal govt has no positive role in education.
Shut down the Dept. of Energy, ostensibly created 34 years ago to reduce Americas dependence on foreign oil.
It has done everything possible to achieve the opposite result.
Cut the Dept. of Agriculture in half. We dont need to pay farmers to NOT grow crops.
Corn and Sugar dont need govt subsidies.
All good ideas.
Plus, allow Fannie and Freddie and the USPS to fail and be liquidated without any Fed involvement.
Republicans should ignore this political clap trap until it is written down and detailed, and then they should throw it away.
for later
How about “Son of Porkulus”? Would than work?
I like what you type.
