Ed Rollins, campaign manager for Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann Presidential run announced that he is stepping back into an advisory role, citing health concerns, as word of his deputy manager, David Polyansky, is leaving the campaign as well. Rollins was on Anderson Cooper's AC360 show on CNN and admitted that the entrance of Rick Perry has "slowed our money down" into the Bachmann campaign and took momentum out of her campaign
He also stated that it's legitimately a Romney/Perry race with them being the leaders in the poll and leaders in money and that Michelle Bachmann is the third person in the race and that she should think of it as a marathon and a long time before voters decide who get's the nomination. Rollins also noted that Bachamnn was returning this fall back into Congress

Bachmann starts campaigning early, now going broke.
Sarah Palin holds off, waits until Americans paying attention. Money is ready to come in.
“Its Perry. Hes got it. Everyone knows it. Even Romney. Its over.”
Not until the fat lady sings, as they say...
WILL NOT BE TWO White guys on the ticket....my prediction. (Unless RINO’S want to lose)
If Perry does crash and burn I would hope that Palin step in.
I thought MB had a sizable 2012 Facebook page...can’t seem to find it. All I see is small FB pages.
Rollins sure has a knack for associating with losing campaigns.
he just dissed his own boss?
It is so early, the press hasn’t even worked over the candidates yet, if everyone drops out what will we do when our top candidate is ripped to shreds in a scandal?
They need to work though the primaries.
All I can say is that anytime a campaign manager PUBLICLY admits money issues then that said campaign is about to fold.
And Rubio's eligibility in 2020?
We do NOT want another situation like in 2008 where the VP was not going to (or could not) run.
Is he legal to be President?
She’s not only a good person, but she has been one of the top three in various polls. Did you hear her speak at the debate/forum today? Very impressive.
Ed Rollins is a hack and a backstabber.
He should know that on Labor Day in ‘07, President Guiliani had it all locked up, too, and he was followed in the polls by the favorite Fred Thompson.
From the Conventional Wisdom Wayback Machine, circa 2008: It's Giuliani. He's got it. Everyone knows it. Even Romney. It's Over.
Michelle should never have hired this bozo. He’s not conservative and he’s completely untrustworthy.
It’s not Rollins’ fault that Perry got in.
>>>Dont go the bank yet, FRiend.
>>>Somethings happening you havent apparently detected.]
>>>Youll know soon. FRegards.
Agreed, looks like out source is same. lol
“Its Perry. Hes got it.”
You could have said that about Fred Thompson at this point in time, 4 years ago.
When will folks learn that there are so many surprises, and even upsets, in politics?
