Palin cleaned out the Alaskan Government. The RINOs are afraid she will do something similar in D.C.

Unfortunately after she was forced out of the governorship (through no fault of hers), the RINOs began making inroads again.

Cose actually concedes that it’s an interesting argument.

Which rankles her side no end, that they; will have to compromise or go along with her agenda instead of McCain reaching across the isle, It is more like he, oh never mind...

She knows of her potential, this is a Freudian slip for which she will pay dearly for as her side extracts revenge for not being a true apparatchik , they do not exist for solutions but division.

Palin has the potential to "undo" 100 yrs of Progressivism and Statism and they know if she does, their politcal gig is up for their life times. Once we get that liberty back, I can't see it being lost in the next couple of generations. What they have done is at a tipping point and their lies do not work anymore....

The GOP united behind John McCain last time around and look where it got us.

We don't need another career politician, we need another Reagan. We need a president who can get things done and isn't afraid to go against the status quo.

Reagan was a breath of fresh air 32 years ago. He replaced a very weak president who not only did great damage to our economy, but also reduced our standing in the world. Reagan came along at just the right time and made us proud of our country again. At the same time, despite having the Congress against him, he got some tax cuts through and ushered in an era of unparalleled prosperity.

We need a leader like that again. We don't need another snooty Ivy Leaguer who never did an honest day work in his life. We don't need another establishment politician who is only interested in preserving the status quo, crossing the aisle and going along to get along.

Here is one thing President Palin will never do: Take a vacation to Martha's Vineyard and hobnob with the beautiful people. We never saw Reagan take a vacation like that either. Reagan went to his ranch to cut wood and ride horses. You can bet that Palin will be taking the same type of vacation, whether it be snowmobiling with her husband Todd, fishing or hunting. Why is that important? Well a person who is comfortable in the outdoors is more in tune with America and a better leader for it. Contrast this to Obama who is right now probably licking another ice cream cone or getting ready to dine on foie gras with his well-heeled "buddies" out on the Vineyard.

Of all the candidates out there, Sarah Palin comes closest to being a person of the people, a regular gal who up to a few years from now, was struggling to pay her bills and keep her household running like the rest of us. We need somebody like this again to lead our country. And hopefully she'll bring in a lot more fresh blood on her coattails to populate our Congress with. Unlike Reagan, Palin has a shot to have both houses of Congress working with her.

Well hopefully you’re not indicative of a significant part of the GOP. I got one candidate that I agreed with 98% of the time in 1980. After that, I have had to vote for guys who were a little bit less on my scale. I would much rather have a GOP appointment to the USSC than for Obama to appoint somebody. The odds are, an appointment will be made.

After 9-11, liberals unified under George Bush for about 48 hours. I can still recall the House and Senate coming together to sing “God Bless America” with Nancy Pelosi and Tommy Daschle singing through clenched teeth like they absolutely despised what they were singing.

That lasted about 48 hours and then the liberals went back to blind, seething hatred against Bush.

So, if Sarah or any GOP president unites the country it will be because a nuke went off inside our borders or terrorists had another major kill. Be careful what you wish for.

I agree. I don’t see Palin as unique in that regard. I see Republicans rallying around Bachmann, Perry, Palin and perhaps others.

Palin's my first preference, I can easily vote for Michelle Bachman. Perry I'm "warming up" to.

I think any of the three could unite the party and defeat the Worst President in History, Barack Hussein Obama.

100% correct. There will be no uniting. All that we can do is totally defeat them. That will be the daunting task. Mainly because they are entrenched in masses in almost every walk of life. They will stop at nothing. They may see 2012 as a blip in the plans, but they are patient.

It would seem Obama has no chance to win in 2012. Fire them up with election rhetoric and demonization and they still could pull it off no matter how awful Obama is. That is why the dems have decided on running a campaign of tearing to shreds personally whoever is our nominee instead of being able to tout how great the country is doing. Because it is a mess.

These people are not going to vote for a conservative. You may find one here or there, but the majority will not switch to the other side.

Palin will unite the socialists on election day like no other to get out and vote against her. Why? Because the hate for her is massive on the left. If you don’t believe that, just read comments on some of the articles out there that involve Palin.

Those said comments have nothing to do with policy positions, they are just pure hate.

Oh, I can guarantee you that the GOP would most certainly have a problem uniting behind Rick Perry. That matchup gives anyone who puts the interests of America first no one to vote for and would make likely a third party candidate like Donald Trump.

"We need a leader like that again. We don't need another snooty Ivy Leaguer who never did an honest day work in his life"

Well if that's your criteria then the candidate with the most disadvantaged upbringing, along with modest academic credentials and even some military service (imagine that...service in uniform for a GOP candidate) would be Governor Perry, no?

Sarah Palin will be the best chance to unite the country. She’s already demonstrated that with her record of accomplishment on behalf of the citizens of her state while in office. All the while taking on RATs, RINOs, ESTABLISHMENT, and CORPORATE interests in her state. Who else can claim such record of taking on all of these interests on behalf of the regular Joe?

The extended unemployment money is one way to soften ones’ s support for the Republican candidate. These fools will now vote for their pocketbook, which is very much like other fools who are led around by their sexual organs. How do we get people to think through the scam that has made them sell out to principle? This failure is taking this country down the drain like a prostitute does to fidelity.

True, nobody will be able to reach the leftwing crazies. But the fact is, that Palin's career has been based on doing the right thing, even in bringing down the corrupt old boy GOP network in Alaska. Her success is evidence that her lack of aggression, and reliance on appeal to the positive in people, is a formidable weapon for which the cynical psychopathic left have no defense.

It makes me worry for her life, as these rat bastards won't go down without a fight.

The day that Sarah Palin announces her run for the Presidency, it will be the beginning of perhaps the most amazing run in political history, one that is more grass-roots oriented than by professional political organizations.

Americans now realize they need REAL change, a change that ensures equality of opportunity, not equality of outcome. Many old paradigms of government's place in American society may have to be swept away, and we have a chance to start enacting these changes with the 2012 election cycle.

In short, we're about to see the ultimate realization of "revolution by the ballot box."

PERRY is a ‘figment’ of many people’s imagination. He’s BIG DONOR type of guy. CRONY type of guy. BOMBASTIC type of guy.

One day tells NY that it’s ok with him if they have gay marriage, then says he wants to see ALL STATES knuckle under a Constitutional Amendment against gay marriage. He DECIDES on his feet.

I don’t trust the guy!

That comment is almost funny and terrible at the same time.

Also spot on.
