Did he makes his comments while still in the Air Force? Including his call for his (then) Commander in Chief to be arrested for being a criminal?
Once on an "approved leave status", does the Air Force have it's hands tied for disciplinary action...including reducing his discharge below that of Honorable?

They could probably go after him if they wanted to. But why bother? They’re getting rid of the guy. Why give him the attention he appears to desperately crave?
