Once on an "approved leave status", does the Air Force have it's hands tied for disciplinary action...including reducing his discharge below that of Honorable?

No, they don't. But, if he was really on the way out the door, they'd likely just let him go.

Because, the military doesn't care that someone "on their way" out the door calls the Commander in Chief a criminal and calls for his arrest.

Hey...since he's "on the way out"...it's no biggie. He's still in the military...but heck, it's OK because soon we're going to honorably discharge him.
