My name is Daryn J. Moran. I am a SSgt in the USAF stationed in Germany.
I called Pastor Manning of the Manning Report just recently (Youtube video posted below) to share my concern for our country. Boils down that I have not gone in to work last Thurs. and Fri. First time I was AWOL in nearly 13 years. Until B. Obama provides a birth certificate which stands up to professional examination, not even mentioning the seriousness of the fact that his father was never an American, I no longer serve the Armed Forces or take orders.
Basically, I'd rather follow Mr. Lakin, the ex-Army officer who went to Ft. Leavenworth, into war against our real enemies.
My family is in turmoil because I cannot change my heart to support Obama, or protect his criminality. I love America and the Constitution and stand against B. Obama. He should be arrested.

Time in service is a better measure here to reflect his seniority, and thirteen years is long term. And BTW historically, it takes much longer to make rank in the Air Force than in the Army between the ranks of E-1 to E-7.
He'll be employed alright, making big rocks into little ones. I'm sure the term will seem long enough while he is doing it.

According to Buck's post above, he's already in the process of being discharged from the Air Force. Depending on when and the nature of his soon to be discharge, ...they'll likely just show him the front gate.

Orders to deploy are not unconstitutional. Orders to disarm citizens may or may not be depending upon the circumstances and the citizens in question.

When he took the oath to obey orders from his commanding officer it did not say to obey only orders from commanders that he liked. Just because we have a crap President is no excuse to disobey orders from company and battalion commanders. Most orders are not from the White House, but daily routine that help keep order and discipline. If every Staff NCO decided that he would go AWOL because he did not like the President, then we would have no military. That makes any Soldier, Sailor, Airmen or Marine who does this no better then any of the whiners who constantly bash the military. We’re not talking about disobeying an illegal order. Staff NCO’s are the spine of the services and are looked up to make sure that all is run well. And any Staff NCO who goes AWOL to show his displeasure of his CO is only showing younger lower ranks who look up to him for guidance and direction, the wrong example. Now if this makes me a sell out, then what can I say.
