According to Buck's post above, he's already in the process of being discharged from the Air Force. Depending on when and the nature of his soon to be discharge, ...they'll likely just show him the front gate.

1. That's how this is different from LTC Lakin's case! We have had an absence of delusional Birther posts to the predicting that either the Court Martial will -- somehow -- remove BO from office, or that the military will be so terrified of letting the case go to trial, that they will let the guy go.
2. This clown didn't just refuse to get on an airplane, he called for the Commander in Chief to be hunted down and arrested. LTC Lakin was very careful to act respectfully. He had been deluded by Birthers into thinking his action might advance a cause he believed in, but he did the least he could do to get himself court martialed.
3. Discharge dates may be extended while the service member is under arrest for a military crime. Ssgt Moran will be lucky to do 150% of the time that LTC Lakin is doing.
