London is burning. Following the shooting death (by police) of a young black man suspected of being a gang member, thugs and looters have taken to the streets en masse, baring the ugly side of humanity by employing random violence throughout the Tottenham area in North London. On some streets, not a single business has been left un-looted.
In some ways, it’s not unlike similar riots we have seen here in America: A police action against a minority that is seen as questionable (or, in the eyes of the minority community, racially motivated). And before all the facts are uncovered, a few members in that minority community rush to judgement and take matters into their own hands. The result? Rioting, looting, and unfortunately, casualties.
But there is a difference in London’s rioting; and I fear it may be a harbinger of something far darker. And I fear even more that it may well spread world-wide, including here in America. Call it the perfect storm of societal breakdown. And it crosses all racial, ethnic, and religious lines.
Feeding my fear is that, even as I write this, the rioting is now spreading, not just to other parts of London, but also to other cities in England as reported in the Christian Science Monitor… including Birmingham, Bristol, Nottingham, Liverpool, Oxford and Reading… all cities that have no direct connection with the shooting incident.
That raises the question: At this point, is the rioting just about the shooting? Or has society simply reached a flash point where thugs (regardless of background) are becoming so brazen they are taking the attitude of ‘Let’s just do it! There ain’t enough cops to stop us all”...

All the LSM report this story the same:
Police shot a young man, father of four...bla, bla.
When in reality, he was a gang-banger who was heading for a kill with a loaded weapon. When the cops tried to take him down, he fired at the officer. His bullet hit the cops radio. The cops double tapped junior to the cranium with 9mm.
Justifiable shooting, but not reported that way...

They want us to believe this is about a shooting death by the Police. Its not.
This is all about class warfare. Rush played a clip of one of the rioters, who said, “We are just showing the rich people we can do what we want”.
How soon will this happen here?

No, it's not and it never was. Rioting is never really spontaneous. Behind every riot are riotmakers with an agenda. Sometimes their actions are deliberately planned and fomented, sometimes opportunistic, but always with a goal of destruction. Participating in every riot are rioters, usually folks who do not work and have been engrained with a mentality that the world owes them a living. The riot is an opportunity to take what they could not get honestly, and to destroy for the sheer unholy joy of destruction.
For both groups the riot is an end in itself AND a means to and end. Neither motivation has anything really to do with the supposed "spark" that we are told "ignited" the riot.
I guess there was no bleeding at the Wisconsin State Fair.

This is precisely what you get and deserve when you take the right of possession of firearms away from the law abiding citizen. They wouldn’t be doing this here in North Georgia, I can tell you.
Problem is that these societal heros often don’t confront one, two, or even eight at a time. It’s dozens...this calls for the 33 rd 9mm Glock mag plus backups.
What kind of stoppin power does the Kel-Tec have? If it’s that light, I’d worry that it wouldn’t do much more than a .22 would.
The best insurance policy is the one that never has to be used, but if needed is there. The Castle Doctrine is great legislation for the law abiding citizens. The thugs hate that legislation. (smile)
