In October of 2007, Obama declared at a Apostolic Church in Greenville, South Carolina that he would create a millennial kingdom of God on earth. The church is Redemption World Outreach Center and is reported to be a part of the Pentecostal Holiness movement, according to some websites. Some Pentecostals believe that the kingdom will be a real physical kingdom, a theocracy ruled by men, and this appears to be such a sect. The doctrine that the millennial kingdom will be a man-made physical kingdom on earth created by political or military means is called Dominion Theology.
The doctrine of Obamas own former church, based on Black Liberation Theology, has a similar concept that the millennial kingdom will be a physical kingdom, created at the advent of a black messiah, who will be a real, flesh-and-bones man. Black Liberation Theology holds that destruction of America and white society will bring on the millennial kingdom. Below is a clip of Obama prophesying his creation of a millennial kingdom, only a few months before his nomination for the presidency...
"When I wake in the morning, I wait on the Lord, and I ask Him to give me the strength to do right by our country and its people," Obama said. "And when I go to bed at night, I wait on the Lord, and I ask Him to forgive me my sins, and look after my family and the American people, and make me an instrument of His will." more at Wash/Ex.com

THIS YEAR'S OFFICIAL DNC POSTER
"Voters, Obama is baptized in the fire of faith."
"Obama's been saved. Thank you, Jesus."
"Voters, let's hear an Alleluia and an Amen."
Obama’s first commandment is thou shall covet other people’s wealth. Then steel it.
The only President in history to refuse to issue Easter Proclamations is falling back to pretending to be religious?
Get thee behind me, Satan.
Disgusting. He’s no Satan, though. Satan is a far more formidable opponent.
Why do folks slip into black-speak when they are in front of black crowds?
“Togetha”
If it were me, I would consider such a thing insulting.
2 Chronicles 7:14
And I think we all know who envisions himself as the “god”.
yeah, and in June 2008, Obama declared that he’d begin “to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless... the rise of the oceans (would begin) to slow and our planet (would begin) to heal...”
Oh, big deal, this is Obama in Messiah mode—preacher cadences and all—telling one set of rubes what they want to hear.
We don’t need to be told at this late date, that Obama and his political ilk are utopians who believe that man is perfectible and that a perfect world can be created if only they can have absolute power. That is the ne plus ultra of leftists/progressives going back to the French Revolution. Everybody who has studied Marxists can tell you that.
But don’t think for a minute that Obama is a devout anything. He was raised to believe that religion is the opiate of the masses. He joined Wright’s church to gain Chicago street cred and, like all leftists, he’s happy to climb into the pulpit and take advantage of the Democrats’ magical exemption to their own demand for separation of church and state. They instinctively respect Islam because it is totalitarian, violent, worships brute power and is the enemy of Western values.
Obama may have been raised and educated Islamic during his Jakarta years but he’s far too lazy and self-centered to actually practice Islam or take any religious observances seriously. He took up smoking AFTER he supposedly became a Muslim.
Once and for all, Obama is his own god.
“In October of 2007, Obama declared at a Apostolic Church in Greenville, South Carolina that he would create a millennial kingdom of God on earth.”
Do you have any substantive sources for the actual quotation?
Perhaps a video of him stating this?
Obama’s admitting to being a one term president meant a 1000 year chocolate reich to him.
There’s a video at the link, if you click on it. The clip originally came from CNN blogs.
#12: Best post of the day. Very insightful.
That would be hope and change we don't need.
I think he is a nihilist.Destroy everything so as to rebuild.
Thanks. ;-)
I just listened to the video statement. Obama did not state that HE would create a MILLENNIAL kingdom OF GOD on earth.
He simply stated that he was confident that “WE can create a A KINGDOM right here on earth.”
While this can certainly be used against him in a number of ways, I think we have to be careful to quote PRECISELY what has been stated. This particular blog site did not do that.
Obama indeed attended a black liberation-theology type church for many years, but I honestly think it was only to USE the people there to accomplish his political goals.
Idiotic and Solicitous Statement.
No Christian would say something that stoopid.
