Barak Obama's administration has said in so many words that it will not prosecute black on white crime. They are "my people" as that (insert your own adjective) AG Holder has said. He nailed it perfectly. When the Black Panthers intimidated citizens at the voting booth and holder told the victims to screw off, that was a sign to Black America that every day is "Rodney King Day."

More to the point, any locality that fails to vigorously prosecute self-defense instances can expect Holder's DOJ investigators to show up the next day, threatening the Chief or Sheriff with civil rights prosecution.
