New: Dr. Jerome Corsi: Orly Taitz update -- just spoke to Orly -- Hawaii DOH refused to release birth certificate information on privacy grounds. Orly returned to federal court. District Court judge issued a show-cause hearing for Sept. 14 in Hawaii, demanding head of Hawaii DOH be present in court to argue why subpoena should not be complied with. Orly very upbeat -- feels getting court date for a hearing is a major breakthrough.

Here is something else we know about Obama’s popularity. The polls that show him at 40 percent approval are heavily weighted toward Democrats, and are designed to prop Barry up and influence public opinion. You can believe, though, that their internal polling, which is paid to be accurate, shows Barry far, FAR lower.
We know this is the case simply by watching the hysteria coming out of the WH. Their frantic, lunatic efforts to blame the TEA party for the downgrade, and then to call TEA partiers terrorists—***terrorists!*** will not play with moderates and certainly not with Independents. The only people who buy that kind of unhinged, inflammatory rhetoric are the moonbat portion of their base.
Iow, they are making rabid caricatures of themselves not to win over mainstream voters but to shore up their hardcore base. That is naked, raw panic in action. It’s safe to say even many of their true believers—Valerie Jarret excepted—are waking up to the disaster that is Obama. It’s only going to get more insane from here.
Obama’s bus tour and vacation are not going to play well. I can imagine something big is on the verge of breaking, simply because the Dems see the writing on the wall. They’ve had to cover for Obama full time, day in day out, morning, noon and night since he was elected, and still he’s screwed everything up. They must be exhausted and frustrated beyond belief. Somebody will spill something before too long. Little Barry is keeping a lot of secrets. Which one will surface first?

When someone wants you to play a game only by their rules, you can bet they sense weakness in their ability to win the game with all rules in play. Democrats are a criminal enterprise. They cheat in the elections (in my book, acts of treason). The sympathizers want only their rules to be in play so their weaknesses are not exposed.
Looks like Ms Fuddy is going to have to appear before the judge on Sept 14th to explain why the State of HI refused to comply with Taitz’s subpoena. That should be interesting.
I hope the judge would ask her if she understands what “Misprision of Felony” means.
I suspect that the next round of delays will involve giving Hawaii DOH a new deadline of December or January.
When that deadline comes up, they will claim that the record has been stolen or lost.
The director of Human Services in Hawaii will be fired or arrested, and will be replaced by someone else who will start the whole process all over again... more delays... more circumvention of the court system.
This goes NOWHERE until the Supreme Court holds a hearing for the specific purpose of determining proof of eligibility.
Even then, Obama will be able to delay proceedings until the election by which time he will have accomplished his mission.

No... it will be a non event.
You don’t just go around ignoring subpoenas and court orders without immediately getting arrested.
Unless this judge orders immediate executive response, he is part of the problem, using every loophole and delay tactic available to him.
You just know a LOT of people are getting very nervous. Obama’s popularity and AA/MSM-sacred cow status are the linchpins upon which this entire fraud rests. With his poll numbers swirling the commode, a lot of people are asking which one of them will get fed to the wolves first. When we get to the point that even the institutionalized over-sampling of Dems fails to keep Obama above 40 percent, look for extremely damaging info about Barry to start coming out, in dribs and drabs at first—and then in a torrent.
