It doesn’t matter what he thinks. Those who worship him believe he’s the greatest speaker of all times. They can’t tell you what he said because they’re too mesmerized.

It’s very simple really. President Ego’s speeches are MEANT to tank the market as well as deflate the citizenry.

Maybe Valerie Jarrett is the one writing his speeches for him - after all, his main duty is to read the teleprompter ....

That’s something I never understood.
There has been thousands of articles saying what a “wonderful” speech-giver he is, but I never saw that.
Some of his soundbites sounded good if you don’t listen to the content, but mostly he bobs and weaves like a chicken, he avoids eye contact (or even looking at cameras) whenever he can, and you always get the impression that even during the speech, he’s thinking to himself “I look good...Don’t I look good?...I know I look good”...
Weird narcissism personified.

I dont understand why people are punishing companies or other investors. Businesss have plenty of money and most reports look good.
The mess is caused by the government, government overspending, governments political posturing in front of cameras every day, etc. Seems the biggest problem we have is government and today was all about punishing private companies to show their wrath at the poorly run government we have.

Obviously not, he keeps giving them.
At this point I think even the hardest-left lib is sick of listening to him (everyone else was there 2 years ago).

We have a leader and he is leading us to “fundamentally change America” as he promised in his inaugural address. His speech today was awful, because his political advisers correctly told him that he needed to say something. However, if he were to have presented the victory speech that he would have liked to have given, the mask of his true intentions would no longer be in doubt. He needs to keep up some appearances that he is not delighted at the downfall of the United States. We have a leader who wants to destroy our country. It is a thought that is too controversial for most to consider seriously, but we are at a time when we need to accept that as fact.
A leader who loved our country would have given a speech that inspired the country to get up, dust off, and prove that we are a great nation, no the greatest nation. Obama will never be that man and we have to decide how we are going to come to terms with a man who vowed to “fundamentally change America”.

Even if he had the mental capabilities to realize it his army of sycophants and propaganda experts in the press would assure him of his unparallelled greatness.

obozo is a bumbling nincompoop, totally devoid of any meaningful life experience other than being pushed forward by affirmative action programs and corrupt political machinery. He's a stupid man with a huge ego. Of course, he favors redistribution of wealth; at some level, he probably understands he would starve to death in the real world were it not for government hand-outs, racial preferences, or being carried on the shoulders of con-men and crooked politicians.
THERE! I SAID IT! OBAMA IS A CON MAN WITH A BELOW AVERAGE I.Q., TRADING ON BLACK RACISM AND WHITE LIBERAL GUILT WHILE HE RUNS THE ECONOMY OVER THE CLIFF! [best impersonation of Mark Levin]
