Whitney was the first person to notice that the Tea Party keynote address she is scheduled to give in Waukee, Iowa falls on the third the three-year anniversary of her speech at the 2008 Republican National Convention (September 3rd).
The Governor seemed to provide a Preview of her speech in a press release from the Tea Party group:
Im very excited to join grassroots Iowans at the Restoring America event over Labor Day Weekend
Gatherings like this of independent liberty-loving Americans from every walk of life exemplify our commitment to come together to seek solutions to the problems confronting our nation. As Ive said many times, including at Pella during my last visit to Iowa: We dont need a fundamental transformation of America. We need a restoration of all that is good and strong and free. The 2012 election will be a great debate between those two conflicting visions for our country.
If she decides to run,THAT message is the Winning one,NO doubt about it. Of course I am assuming that there are enough Freedom Loving Americans left here,I believe there are,and those people are Yearning for a leader that is not afraid to Articulate a Message of Freedom and Liberty,Not the Whining wimpering bunch of losers and Victims that get placed on Pedestals to be worshipped. I dont want my kids spending nights in the inner city to show awareness of the Homeless,I want to see them working hard to achieve great things and be proud citizens of the Greatest Country on the Face of the earth,a Country worhty of the Sacrifice being made for it by so few today in God forsaken areas of the world. You go Sarah and Please bring that message to the People who are aching for it
Wow! Could that possibly be true? Do you really mean that or are you just being a tease? Please, please let it be true.
Since it’s been suggested that Todd Palin would be called ‘First Dude’ when Governor Palin gains the White House, I’d consider it a compliment to be called ‘dude’. ;)
Except for the fact I’m a girl. LOL
As for Governor Palin attacking McCain, somehow I don’t see her violating Reagan’s 11th Commandment.
And I liked him MUCH more than Bachmann!
I only hold McCain responsible for his idiotic statements. Anyone with any sense should (by now) be fully aware of McCain’s foot-n-mouth disease.
Palin has no obligation to beat McCain (specifically) over the head about anything. What I think she *does* need to address (at some point) is all of the “McCains” in the RINO club. Though I would prefer she be ruthlessly brutal, she will probably do it with class and tact.
Do you know where any actually are...usually at this stage some early shock troops are out front in big markets and key states...even if unannounced...I wonder about that
Organize 4 Palin (O4P) has been doing that very thing for over a year now. Check out the website, and join up if you'd like to help. Looks like they could use some help in Tennessee.
Foot in mouth generally refers to someone saying something stupid and later regretting it. McLame really believes this stuff. Any apology would be because he took a mountain of heat over it. McLame is a dangerous man. He viscerally hates Conservatives. We are stopping his Progressive agenda. As far as I am concerned, he is an enemy to freedom.
It is time for people with any sense to see that he supports the ruin of the country. Open borders, McCain Fiengold, et al.
Now, FD2003 may describe himself as a Cain supporter instead of a Palin antagonist. But who he supports is irrelevant -- in the same way that who I support, in the context of my goal of always and aggressively opposing Romney, is irrelevant. Since the end of the 2008 primaries, I've OPPOSED Romney every chance I got, and do what I can to see him lose, to convince people to reject him. I want him removed from anything like "power" in the GOP.
Bear with me -- this isn't about Romney, it's about being able to glean insight into a candidate by the behavior of those who support and/or oppose him or her. In tryng to convince fellow Republicans to join me, I will quote Romney, use his own words, recount his own record, to convince them. Or I will recount and cite blatant LIES and devious misrepresentations made by his supporters. I use all truths, WHOLE truths, and leave insults to others. I like to think that speaks volumes about the mindset and values of those of us who oppose Romney. It says we're honest, right-minded, and hold a very strong hand.
If freedumb2003 and other resident Palin antagonists are so convinced that Palin is not good for the GOP, if they were right-minded folks, they would refrain from useless cop-outs like accusing those (like me) who support Palin and hope very much that she'll run, of "worshipping" her, etc. etc. If they were right-minded, they'd do the same that so many of us FReepers who oppose Romney do: oppose by way of issues and reason. When a group has to rely on pure emotional attack and insult ("you guys all think she's Saint Palin!") it's a giant red flag that their premise is wrong and they have a very weak hand.
Their behavior speaks volumes. Palin adversaries frequently stoop to either outright lying ("She created a windfall profits tax on oil companies!") or deliberate misrepresentation ("She quit!"), knowing full well what they are doing; they rely on being devious and disingenuous. Or they rely on deliberate insults, which is what guys like fdumb are doing when they accuse those of us who support Palin as "worshipping" her -- the other side of the same coin of the kind of behavior exhibited by the Romney supporters who accused people like me of being motivated by "hate."
Folks who oppose Palin have a mission, and I can identify with it in that I, and many other FReepers, have the same mission with regard to Romney. Those of us on FR who have tried to convince others that Romney is bad for the country -- we use truth and are straightforward and direct. It appears that most of the time, those who think Palin isn't good for the country have a track record of being insulting, devious and misleading in their quest go about trying to convince others. It reveals low character.
Folks on the fence with regard to Palin -- take that into consideration. The behavior of Palin's detractors speaks volumes.
Now it's your turn........just go GOOGLE Bannon on Hannity and you'll get a chance to see and hear that you either have the worst memory EVER, or that you are a damned LIAR! I found that chat as well as one with Mark Levin and in neither video, does Bannon say anything at all about him making the film to clear up Palin's resignation, nor that she she sees that as a problem.
The way we speak and write, no matter where, shows others many things; not the least of which is intellect and education level. That holds true for the 21rst. century!
But do keep on posting the way you always do and sooner or later everyone who reads your posts will know all they need to about you. LOL
Yes, I concur.
This may help. Palin ‘s PAC approached Bannon to make a few short flicks about her.
This is an interview wih Bannon.
Palin has fantastic political instincts and I doubt that she will "call out"/dump on McCain, now, or even in the future. She gains nothing positive by doing do.
As I keep saying...........Cain is, AFAIK, a good guy; however, he has no business trying to run for the GOP nomination. That apology truly did him in.
But do keep on posting the way you always do and sooner or later everyone who reads your posts will know all they need to about you. LOL
I have been Freepmailed by a few folks who tell me you were in the Rudy brigades a few years back. From your posts, I get the impression that you are out stalking Palin as we speak, yet you were a booster for one of the phoniest Rockefeller Republicans to come down the pike since Rockefeller himself. All this two years ago. Are you really a Conservative?
Apparently folks here know what they need about you. And now I do too.
Stay classy.
Can't stand the fact that I have proved you to be a liar, who has nothing of any substance to post, so you go right into an over the top attack/insult mode.
You "stalk" Palin threads and her supporters. Yet another silly projection post from you.
Simple question for you.......................:
CAN YOU EVER STAY ON TOPIC ON A THREAD?
Thanks.
I didn’t think I was totally on an acid trip when I heard of that. I listen to talk radio all day and catch a lot of info, but can never source it when I get home. Levin read a great piece at the beginning of his show yesterday, but I couldn’t find it when I got to a computer. I was sure he read it, but no luck.
Makes me think I am getting brain signals from the Martians sometimes. I will have to double up on the tinfoil.
You "stalk" Palin threads and her supporters. Yet another silly projection post from you.
A stickler for proper communication should have a touch better reading comprehension. I didn't say that. You come off as a crazed supporter of hers. I actually said you were literally stalking her. Not the threads. It was used to point out the dichotomy of the Presidential choices you make. I rarely hit Palin threads anymore because they degenerate into this nonsense.
Do I get a gold star for slipping "dichotomy" into a sentence?
You called me a "stalker". I simply turned that around on you and in a far more factual and logical sense.
I found several Bannon interviews on line and listened to them. Not a one of them contained the "PLAIN RESIGNATION" stuff you claimed. Now there's a link to one such source, which I obviously didn't find and hear. OTOH, that still isn't the reason Bannon made the film and Palin has NOTHING at all to do with the making of THE UNDEFEATED, nor is she making a penny from it; though Bananon may have paid her royalities for the use of her voice book, or whatever such things are called.
So, instead of hijacking this thread, as you keep trying to do, post something about the actual topic of this thread, if, that is, you are even mentally capable of such an exercise.
BTW, there is a poster on a thread about Scarlett Johansson that used "flabbergasted" improperly. Make sure you get over there and correct that bastard. We don't need that at FR.
You have yet to go back to the topic at hand and never did actually discuss it at all. You made patently ridiculous assumptions about Palin and got repeatedly shot down.
Don't you have a candidate of choice yet?
If not, go spend time on threads about those who you might want to support.
Oh but them you couldn't engage in your much beloved trolling.
