George Washington was the reluctant President?? Boy, I remember reading something in his papers that says he not only wasn’t reluctant, he went around making sure that everyone was “loyal”.
Yep. I want a president who is in it to do the job. Not one who craves the job.
Sarah decided to run over two months ago. She’s just keeping the wolves at bay. She’s within a month of announcing, more likely within two weeks IMHO.
However she has also talked about George Washington being her favorite president because he was the reluctant president. So shallow you are.
Yes, she talked and she talked and she talked and she talked. ..... And she is still talking and talking and talking ..... While you are still "Waiting for Godot".
She talked on Reality TV shows and she talked in $100,000 per pop speeches and she talked at book signings where she would refuse to sign her own books unless you also bought a copy of Bristol's book. (See below.)
It is not about being President for her. It is about talking and making money.

Here were the rules laid down for the book signing at the Mall of America on June 29, 2011:
Bristol Palin with Special Guest Sarah Palin Book Signing Wednesday, June 29, 2011 5 p.m. Rotunda
Look at Rule Number 4.
"4. You must have a copy of “Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far” in order to purchase a copy of “America by Heart” and/or “Going Rogue” signed by Sarah Palin."
In order words, if a potential Palin voter wanted to purchase a Sarah Palin book and have it signed, Sarah Palin would refuse to sign it unless that individual bought a copy of Bristol's book describing losing her virginity in a drunken coed camping trip.
That is not the behavior of an individual that is trying to court voters.
That is the behavior of a family that is cashing in and trying to maximize profits.
