NBC Nightly has brought back the embarrassing Michael Isikoff in hopes he'll do better than he did on the Palin beat. This repulsive nose picker had a “end of Murdoch” piece Monday night, predicting all sorts of havoc for News Corp.
We'll see.

NPR has been all over this.

The budget? That's boring.
World economic crisis? That's boring.
Wars? Revolutions? Boring, boring, boring.

NPR seems like "Rupert Murdoch is an evil man" 24x7 right now. They hate the guy.

Britain was once a respectable country. That ended when Maggie Thatcher left office. No need to describe what it is now — they are doing a good job of that all by themselves.

But the American citizen cannot point fingers now — look what they have allowed to happen to this country and the fraudulent socialist government they have put in Washington.

Led by the Marxists on both sides of the Atlantic, the British Parliament and the U.S. Congress have been reduced to hosting Soviet-Style show trials for their friends in the media, whose job it is to telescope and magnify unsupported accusations that have not yet been vetted by the civil or criminal prosecutors or the courts.

The show-trials end once the hosts think they have done the damage they intended - proclaimed and “tried” the guilty before the public and settling in the public mind just who the “guilty” are (by the political bias of the Left), no matter how things actually are and are not proven in the courts.

The worst part of it is that with greater frequency those subjected to the Soviet-style show trials are not those over whom the legislatures are obliged to investigate - the government officials - but private citizens who are supposed to be afforded their “day in court” in the judicial system, before being demonized by government officials who choose to operate on the principle that the decision of guilt of innocence is based on the severity of the charge and not the validity of any evidence.

A VANITY FAIR reporter covering the Rupert Hearings lamented after yesterdays attack by tweeting that this will turn him in to a “Sympathetic Victim”, now...

And he/she/it

Reports suggest that FBI investigators don’t think there’s much substance to allegations that journalists working for the News of the World (NoW), the now-defunct UK tabloid at the center of the scandal, plotted to hack the phones of 9/11 victims and their

I do hope this is true. Eric Holder agreed to meet with some of the 9-11 families though, and that's sure to continue the media attention at least for a while.

Holder's up for ANYTHING that will take some of the heat off him from Fast & Furious.

The Left wants control of the media and the message again, and will do anything to get it. I'm sure their tactics are as pure as the driven snow, though (/sarcasm).

Crazy me! I assumed this whole thing was a roundabout course to get rid of Fox in time for the election/campaign season from the beginning of it all.

I really shouldn’t assume.

The Left is getting a “twofer” out of the deal. They get Fox, if they possibly can, and they DON'T have to talk about Gunwalker (or the Hasan trial).
