Now, let’s see what this means TO THE PEOPLE NOW USING the Internet (As “agents” against Obama’s policies.

If “you” (anybody on FreeRepublic or ANY OTHER pro-capitalist/pro-freedom website) begin copying the NY Times or the Washington Post or LA Times or UPI or AP article, then Jim Robinson becomes liable criminally back through HIS internet provider for the message. If the provider “materially assists” in not assaulting and restraining (assumed) the copyright use, then that internet provider becomes equally compliant.

Result?

The internet providers become reluctant to offer websites that oppose any administration activity!

Ridiculous! When an ISP is handed material to post on a client's website, the ISP posts it as he is paid to do. The ISP cannot be an expert in all the industries of all the clients the ISP possesses. The ISP cannot be expected to recognize copyrighted material when he sees it. It is an unfair and completely ridiculous standard being suggested.

Simply means ISPs will move to friendly countries, just like industry, captial, and everything else that makes money and provides jobs.

All part of the Obama plan to destroy America.

And to think that it all started with the government making businesspeople unpaid and unloved tax collectors. Ye've come a long way since the withholding tax (which was another "temporary" war measure.)
