Ridiculous! When an ISP is handed material to post on a client's website, the ISP posts it as he is paid to do. The ISP cannot be an expert in all the industries of all the clients the ISP possesses. The ISP cannot be expected to recognize copyrighted material when he sees it. It is an unfair and completely ridiculous standard being suggested.

you and I can be dam&*d sure there’s a pack of Feddies in the FCC that have already calculated their promotion cycles based upon those ISP’s being forced to “require their services”....
