you and I can be dam&*d sure there’s a pack of Feddies in the FCC that have already calculated their promotion cycles based upon those ISP’s being forced to “require their services”....

No doubt about it. And how about all the folks that use content management systems to update their own sites? Their ISP is responsible for knowing who changed what when and whether or not that change complies with copyright laws? The stupidity of some our "leaders" astounds me.
